Very bad customer service. I got them to fix my eavestrough and they came and fixed it but the issue still persisted. So, I called them and I was told they will come and take a look but after 2 months of calling again and again, no response from them. I will not recommend this company as they are not professional, don't support their service. Waste of money. I will have to get another company to fix my issue. I am not sure why people come into business just to make money and don't care about their customers.

James Swan is an amazing and genuinely kind man. My 91-year-old dad found James himself and gave me his name after speaking with him about replacing his roof. My dad was really stressed about how expensive a new roof would be because he is on a very tight budget. James gave him an excellent price and worked within the budget my dad could afford. I truly believe James gave him a break because of his age and circumstances. When my dad first told me and my two sisters the price, we were actually skeptical because it seemed almost too good to be true! I even wondered if it could be a scam. But as soon as my dad mentioned Swan Roofing, the name sounded familiar. I remembered using Swan Roofing myself about 10 years ago and having a great experience. After I Googled the company, much to my surprise, I realized it was the same James and the same company I had used all those years ago! Thank you again, James, for your kindness, honesty and generosity toward our dad. He is so happy and incredibly grateful, and my sisters and I are just as grateful for the way you treated him. It means a lot to our family. I would absolutely recommend James and Swan Roofing.

James replaced our gutters a few years ago and when we had an issue, he replied and showed up very quickly to fix it. He recently replaced our roof, him and his crew were fast and efficient. Overall, this company is very reliable, I never doubted once James wouldn’t get the job done. Highly recommend Swan roofing services.

I recently had to replace a damaged eavestrough and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I feel confident it will last for years. They also kept the work area clean and made sure there was no mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Great job from start to finish!

I engaged Swan Roofing to do a full replacement of my roof. They were on time, did a great job and left zero mess when finished. I had no problem communicating with them and have now been through three storms with no issues. I would highly recommend them. Can't wait till they do my eaves troughs in a few weeks. **Swan installed my new eaves troughs today and they look great. Again, they were on time, did a fantastic job and a great cleanup.. Thanks James!
