The only one or two-star review we hold for Tactic Roofing Inc..

I couldn't even get through when I called. Just kept hearing a lady talking and giggling and wouldn't respond to me. Not the greatest customer service. *********I tried to respond to your reply below and ironically there was no 'REPLY' option. So I decided to add my second reply in my first review. Considering that you responded to my review the way you did instead of checking your lines or the phone number that is on your website page or just send a simple ' please call us again, there might have been a phone issue' confirms how much you cared about making the situation right instead of your 5.0 rating. Your website page shows that you close at 8:00pm on Mondays. I called your number not only once or twice but 4 TIMES (7:22pm, 7:24pm, 7:27pm and 7:29pm (all before your closing time of 8pm) and kept getting the same thing. Loud noise mixed with a female voice giggling in the back ground, I took a screenshot of all the times that I called. My husband also called from his cell phone and was getting the same response. To respond to your last part of your reply, I'm not trying to "defame" your company or 5.0 rating. The internet allows people to add their comments to your company's website with their experience and this was my experience trying to reach your company. By the way I am not interested in contacting you for assistance, especially after your response to me, not very customer friendly. **********

Hi Maria, Considering our consistent 5-Star rating this review defies all logic Considering we staff no females in ANY position at our company we are baffled by this slanderous accusation Considering our offices are closed at your time of alleged calling, not sure who would have answered Considering we responded back to your review within 15 minutes after posting, then CLEARLY we are on top of things, including our commitment to customer service Perhaps you could have called again, or emailed, or assumed a bad connection or wrong number before slandering a company IF you wish you can email me (the owner) at info@tacticroofing.com with your contact information for further clarity and assistance We take the defamation of our company and name seriously, we will and have in the past exhausted all avenues to ensure our name and reputation remains intact, and the first step to ensure that reputation remains intact is our commitment to customer service, on that note, I look forward to hearing from you Thank you Maria Couto

Tactic Roofing just completed a replacement of our gutters, downspouts & facia. We are so glad we chose Tactic as the job was completed in a most professional manner. The crew was diligent and knowledgeable - clearly very experienced, paying close attention to detail, cleaning up all debris, and finishing the job on time. Everything looks great and we are 100% satisfied. The cost was extremely fair/competitive given the high caliber/quality of parts & installation. We had several other companies come meet with us to quote on this job, but it was an easy decision to choose Tactic. The owner, Afshin, was by far the most knowledgeable and honest and you could immediately tell he had integrity and would stand behind his work. He answered our many questions clearly and explained everything in great detail. We would highly recommend Tactic for any roofing or gutter projects.

We had our roof redone by Tactic Roofing and it was a much easier and stress free experience than I was expecting. Afshin came and did a thorough assessment, answered all of our questions and provided options to fit our budget. When the day came to do the work Afshin and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job. They took extra care not to damage the house or our gardens and even adjusted their schedule so that our kids didn't wake up early to the sound of hammering. Always communicating updates, there were no surprises from Afshin, and the price estimate was the same on the final invoice. I Definitely recommend these guys!

We had our roof done by Tactic Roofing last month. Afshin was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was honest and very transparent with all information and fees. We were so impressed with his attention to detail and the care he showed by tarping areas all around our house, his team even moved and tarped out patio furniture in the back. I would 100% recommend Tactic Roofing!!! It was a seamless experience and we are very happy with the quality of workmanship and the end result. If you're looking for a roofing company, Tactic Roofing is it!!!!

Really pleased with installation. Afshin did an excellent job explaining the options. Answered all our questions. Team was very polite and professional. Very clean and took away all the old shingles. Afshin was on site overseeing the entire job. Would recommend them for Roof replacement.
