  They used my shingles to do the repair and charged me $500 to put on less than one bundle plus they left all the nail heads exposed. That’s definitely not a good repair and overpriced. I don’t recommend this company.

  Hello Peter. I will look into this and try to get it fixed within a couple of days. Sorry about that. Update- I saw the pictures that the guys had taken before and after and found that the nail heads were not exposed at all. Peter called me next day and I went out to meet him and discuss the issue. First concern he had was that the nail heads were exposed and he could see them from the road shining in the sun light. I showed him before and after pictures of the job and made sure there were no nail heads exposed. Secondly he was not happy about the price. When asked how much he would have wanted to pay, he said 200. So I gave him a 300 discount out of the orignal 500 payment he had made. This is not to prove Peter wrong but I just wanted to put my side of story up for everyone to read. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.” – Bill Gates

  i am really shocked how this company has so many 5 stars, i guess most people like me don't know anything about roofing and just because then new roof looks new we give these companies a 5 star. if i can i would give them a zero star. they left all the old underlayment in front of the roof and they put new once on top of it. all the front of my roof is wavy and its clearly visible to anyone walking. i even called the shingles manufactures company and they said there will be no warranty from them if the find old underlayment under the shingles. they use garden tools to remove old shingles and leaves all the old nails on the roofs. if they use proper tools to remove the shingles 95% nailed will come out with the shingles. this is nothing personable but because they butchered my roof i do not recommend them to anyone. they are cheap and they do a cheap job. pay little more and get a professional to get it done the right way and proper way. very disappointed. they were so in rush to quickly finish the job and go home as if they are doing this work for free.

  Hey, I am the owner of this company and I am just as shocked as you are. Please mention your name and address or text/call us at 647 740 5225 if you are a real customer and not some angry competitor. None of the detials you mentioned is a fact with our company. There is no way for me to find out who you are unless you get it touch with us. Thank you Update- we never heard back from this customer and not even sure if it is from any of our customers as going back to our system we could not find any such customer in recent months. I would like to elaborate on the way Real Blue works for everyone to read. 1. Our estimates are very detailed and all the terms and conditions are sent along with the estimate documents. Customers understand what they are getting with no fine prints involved. 2. We only service roof replacement jobs after signing a legal agreement document with the customer and never replace a roof without signed legal agreement. 3. In case there is an issue with the roof, customers get in touch with the project manager and we resolve the issue to make sure we deliver what was promised in the agreement. It is hard to understand that this cutomer had time to call the manufacturer to undertand the warranties and didnt care to call us to bring up his dissactification. Its very easy to sit in your porch sipping cold beer and finding issues with someones work and its hard to actually get up and do something and deliver.

  This company exceeded all my expectations! The team was friendly, professional and hardworking. They responded quickly when I reached out, which I really appreciated. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I like how they took photos of the problem area and the completed repair so I could clearly see what was done. Five stars all the way!

  Timely and efficient , from the first email contact, the communication was seamless . The quote was straightforward and reasonable given the reported issue .
