Avoid Nicholas at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with Nicholas, who took on the job of cutting tree branches down to the trunk. What I received instead was a half-hearted attempt at trimming the tops of the branches—nowhere near what we had agreed upon. To make matters worse, he didn’t leave a receipt and bombarded me with text messages demanding immediate payment. After he left with only a fraction of what was promised, he claimed he was waiting on the side of the road for payment, which I reluctantly sent. However, once the money was transferred, he returned to dump the branches right in the middle of my driveway, blocking my car! Not only did he trespass on my property to do this, but he also showed no remorse or apology. Nicholas is unlicensed and his lack of professionalism is evident in his work. If I could give him zero stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the headache and find someone reputable who won’t treat you like this. Dealing with him turned out to be a nightmare, and I regret ever hiring him. He will claim to be a professional but the work speaks for itself. He is not licensed to cut trees and has criminal behavior tendencies.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Sam! If you need the branches cleared off the driveway, let us know when you’re ready to pay the remainder of your bill and we’d be more than happy to come back and take care of that for you😉 …

Thank you for your detailed review. I have tried to respond back to you a couple times with no response. I have even told you that it’s possible you may have mice as well, which would not be solved by the one-way door. I did put some poison in your attic when I went up to inspect in hopes that it would possibly solve the problem. However for a thorough mice extermination, we would have to address that as a new contract. You were not scammed. You paid for the services that I provided. And still have an outstanding balance of $350. Let me know when you would like to clear that up and then we could go forward with the mice extermination.

Dishonest liar will steal from you if you overpay he won’t return your money

Fake review! This sounds interesting. I ALWAYS count the money in front of customers(if it’s cash) and if it’s Etransfer there is always a record. Why would there be an overpayment? If you’re actually a “real customer”, post the pics of the job I did for you with your review. Otherwise, we know this is fake because the first thing I do is show pictures and give all before and afters to customers, when the job is finished. You can even check other peoples reviews, for reference. Have a great day.

We had been dealing with squirrels in our home for quite some time. We originally hired another company to remove them, but unfortunately they came back. This time we decided to go with Just 4 You Home Solutions, and we’re so glad we did. From the beginning, Nicholas was fast, professional, and explained exactly how he would not only remove the squirrels but prevent them from ever getting back in. The lifetime warranty gave us a lot of confidence, and receiving detailed photos of all the completed repairs and prevention work gave us real peace of mind that everything was done properly. If you’re dealing with wildlife issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just 4 You Home Solutions. Excellent service, quality workmanship, and a company that truly stands behind their work!

Thank you so much, Gary for your great review! It’s amazing how fast these animals will find a new place to go next-door once we get them out from another house. Protecting your house can be one of the most important decisions when animals are being removed in the area. I’m glad I could give you that piece of mind so you can sleep easy. Let me know when it’s time to change the roof or if there’s anything else we can do for you.

We had an unfinished section of our backyard gazebo that I had been meaning to finish for years. Birds had gotten in there before, but recently a raccoon figured out how to get inside as well. That was the final straw. My dad had previously used Nicholas for both animal removal and roof replacement and highly recommended him, so I gave him a call. Nicholas came out right away, assessed the situation, and installed a one-way door to make sure the raccoon could safely leave but not get back in. Once he was 100% certain the raccoon was gone, he returned to remove the door and even took the time to finish installing the pieces of wood I had been putting off for years, ensuring no animals could get back into the gazebo again. I was extremely happy with both his service and the quality of his workmanship. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly. Just like my dad, I would highly recommend Nicholas for any animal removal or roof replacement needs!

We always say that “If your neighbour has a Raccoon, you have a Raccoon” Because they don’t know the difference from Roof to Roof when you’re connected, they just go to the next available vent and try to get back in. protecting the entire row of connected houses was the best move we could make!

We started hearing noises in our ceiling and even noticed one of our pot lights hanging out of the soffit, which was pretty concerning. That’s when we decided to call Just 4 You Home Solutions. Nicholas came out to inspect the roof, and at first glance there were no obvious entry points besides the pot light. But during a closer inspection, he spotted raccoon hair stuck to the soffit — something we never would have noticed ourselves. He then came inside and used a thermal scanner to pinpoint exactly where the raccoon was hiding in the wall of our bedroom. He clearly explained the entire process, including how he would safely remove the mother and babies and how he would secure the house to prevent it from happening again. He got started right away, and within minutes he had already retrieved the babies through the wall. After that, he professionally secured our home and installed a one-way door so the mother could safely exit. Within a couple of days, we were completely raccoon-free. Fast, knowledgeable, and very thorough — we highly recommend Nicholas and Just 4 You Home Solutions!
