Sutherlands Exteriors LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Sutherlands Exteriors LLC.

I'm giving only one star because of how I was treated. My roof damage was covered by insurance. I was aware that Jason was working with my insurance company to get the needed repairs done, but no details were shared with me. My insurance company did not agree to a full roof replacement and Sutherland's request was denied. I haven't heard from them since the denial and I have received no response to my text message. This entire ordeal cost me about a month of unnecessary delay. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of work.

Sutherlands Exteriors LLC (Ariel Ramos) was wonderful to work with. Mr. Ramos went above and beyond in making sure everything was exactly as it should be. We had extensive ice storm damage and he not only worked with us to get our siding restored, but also worked with our insurance company to help maximize our benefits. Excellent work as well as excellent customer service. Before and after pictures below.
