  Apparently, i’ve heard that they do a great job with installing new roofs but if you have any type of repairs, they’re not interested in helping customers with this. They only want to sell you a new roof.

  I called them out to do an estimate on my roof. They showed up with no ladder. What would they forget when they come to do your roof if you decided to go with them?

  I tried to call the customer and he hasn't called back. We have drone footage of the roof and took plenty of pictures. We were delivering product right before, so the salesman had to leave his ladder at the shop. The wife actually told our salesman that he could use their ladder if needed and the guys wasn't even home. Google needs to vet reviews better before allowing them to be posted. 90% of roofing companies use drones now to get pictures.

  Called for an estimate on getting our roof and gutters replaced. Scheduled a time, got multiple emails some of which had the appointment time wrong. Day of estimate was left waiting around for Mike to show. Decide to call and see how close he was at almost an hour past appointment time to be told it would still be another 20-30 minutes before he arrived. Very unprofessional to be almost an hour and a half AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

  Good morning, We apologize for the delay. Mike did call you at 9:55 for the 10:30 appointment to let you know he was running behind from an earlier appointment. At 11:20 you then called Mike back and he stated that he was still 20 minutes out but on the way. We apologize for the delay but thing do come up, and are sorry that we missed the hour window by 9 minutes. We try our best to meet our appointment times, but again things come up, and again Mike did call you 30 minutes before his scheduled time to let you know his situation.

  I have been carefully reviewing roofing companies to help me with a project that needs completion and roofing. So I chose Titan because they appeared pretty much head and shoulders above the rest. I called and got an appointment the very next day. The gentleman, a fellow named Chris, was very congenial and provided information about what he thought he could and could not do. He did not know anything about installing skylights. He offered a standard low slope solution to my roofing needs. He said he would give me an estimate by the end of the day, and I assumed that probably meant the next day. This was April 23rd, 2024. Today is now April 27th, 2024. I have received no estimate, no phone call, no email, no text message. I am surprised. In fact, I had been pursuing others to see what might happen. A competitor came over and offered a proper metal roof solution, lapped solution, and he even divined a solution that my wife and I envisioned. He included a quote for the skylights that I mentioned. So they got the contract. The last time I worked with a roofing company was in California, at that company pretty much did everything as well. I've been doing heavy construction my entire life, so I'm entitled to have a say in things and to do things and to have people help me when I'm ready. All Chris had to say was: "I would rather not bid on this job." We have but one opportunity to make a first impression. These are good words and these are the words I have lived-by my entire life. It grieves me to have to give such negative impressions of companies, but I have to discuss the facts as I see them and offer my opinions as I form them. Now I have a reliable roofing company...elsewhere.

  Had roof damage March 7 and Eddie West came within a day or so to give an estimate. He sent an estimate which the 4 owners agreed to. I spoke with Eddie again, and he said that because the townhouse HOA was not involved in working with the homeowners that we would need a different contract. For 3 months he assured us he would do the work in "2-3 weeks" and that he would get us contracts "by the end of the day or the next day". He gave a start date for the work as 6/26. 3 of the homeowners tried to reach Mr. West by phone the next week and he did not return messages or pick up the phone. At that point we contacted another roofer and the work was completed in a week and a half. Great to have GAF, etc., but honesty is more important, and leaving someone with a damaged roof waiting 4 months for work they don't plan to do is unprofessional and irresponsible. Look at BBB complaints. Our same experience. Failing to take calls, thank God we didn't have work done by Titan. No more responsive when you've had work done by them, according to BBB.

  I talked with the owner on the phone. He told me he would come by and bid the job. I sent him all the info he asked for, and I never heard from him again.

  Very professional and quick. The quote was detailed with options and drone photos. The roof was scheduled in just a few weeks and completed in two days.

  Titan Roofing put a new roof on my office building at Law Offices of Kelly R. Reed PLLC, as well as a new metal roof over the back porch. I could not be happier with the beautiful results! Titan kept me updated all through the process. They showed up when they said they would, they worked fast and efficiently. They did a fantastic job. And if not for the absolutely beautiful new roof, you'd never know they were here - they cleaned up every little scrap when they were finished.

  Mike flew a drone to the damaged area of the gutter/roof and told me honestly that it was a job too small for them,considering they have a minimum charge, but gave me references. I am so pleased!

  We had roof cap damage. Employees (Chris, Shelley, Ralph and crew) were excellent. They responded quickly, provided immediate service and followed up to see if we needed any additional assistance. Excellent experience from beginning to end of project.

  Titan did an initial cost estimate for free on the roof. We had some shingles come off in a storm. The sales team came out the Monday after with a drone, took pictures, and had a cost estimate to me within a day. Sales team color matched shingles I put in 4 years ago on a smaller roof. Roof team came in ahead of schedule by 3 weeks. Quality of work was great. Employees checked in from time to time updating me on progress. I really liked that Titan roofing would send an email with employee information prior to visits.

  On June 1 & 2, 2026, we had a new roof installed on our home by Titan Roofing. The entire process went smoothly. Everyone involved in the process, from folks in the office to the men who did the roofing, were polite & friendly, professional & efficient. When I contacted the office, they took our information and quickly scheduled a sales rep to assess our roof. Both the office and the service team provided us with information about their company and the materials/installation standards they use. We were kept informed throughout. The rainy weather in late May delayed the start of our roof by only one week. All the workers arrived promptly and prepared the site, covering the shrubs, etc. They worked steadily and efficiently putting in long hours each day. In addition after removing the old roof, they inspected and replaced a few of the wood roof panels. They kept the work area free of debris and thoroughly swept the area with magnets to pick of any nails, etc. We are very pleased with the look of the new roof, with the roofing crew and with the service provided by Titan Roofing.   At the age of 80, I have worked with many contractors over the years. Titan Roofing is the best construction company I have ever worked with. Several years ago, they re-shingled our roof. They brought in a large crew, the crew completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail, and their communication skills were excellent. Thus, I knew they would be the best company to hire for very large and complex project—the re-siding of our home. The re-siding of our house was completed last week. The project began with Chris Mercer, who was extremely professional in providing a detailed estimate. He made my day by using a drone to fly over our home to help develop a cost estimate. The re-siding project involved removing 38 year-old cedar siding, then adding 125 sheets of OSB, followed by fan-fold insulation, and then wrapping the house. Finally, a premium siding, Everlast board and batten siding was installed. And we are so glad that we also had Titan Roofing wrap the facia and soffit boards in metal. The siding crew, three men and a woman, did an extraordinary job. They worked six days a week from 7:30 AM until 7:30 PM at night. Everlast siding requires special training skills. The siding crew was extremely proficient, exceptional in terms of their attention to detail, and they treated our home as if they were putting siding on their own home. We could not ask for a better crew. Shawn Davis was the daily project supervisor. He previously owned his own construction company. Shawn has many skills, such as in electrical, carpentry, plumbing. His skills were vital to the success of this project. Matt Bell was the Project Director. He was extremely knowledgeable, had great communication and support skills, and was always available, even on weekends, to answer questions for a very complex job. Titan Roofing is fortunate to have Matt Bell on their staff. If I could rate Titan Roofing on a scale of 1 to 10, they would get a 15. It goes without saying that we highly

  Outstanding work! They spent more time examining the problems with my mother’s current roof and explaining the procedure for installing a superior new roof than other contractors I talked to recently. The former roof ( installed only eight months ago by a local contractor in construction/remodeling! In Morgantown ) had shingles blown off and numerous other deficiencies along with rotted particle board. I had two home inspectors to verify the deficiencies. Titan replaced the roof and it looks very professional! We received multiple photos of the entire roofing process including installing the new plywood. We have received all warranty information in writing . They were prompt and polite and efficient. What a difference between the unprofessional and inept job we received in October of 2025 from the local contractor in construction/remodeling in Morgantown vs the high end roof we have now thanks to Titan . I recommend them to everyone. You’ll never have to worry about your roof again. Titan came highly recommended from a local successful realtor in Morgantown. She was right ! This company is a top notch company.

  When our 23 year old roof started leaking last fall we called Titan Roofing and they sent a crew right over to put a cover over the leak. Within just a week or so, we had a beautiful new roof on our newly purchased home. The workmanship was terrific and they were all very professional. I would definitely use them again.
