Elite Roofing did our roof a couple of years ago. At that time, I was told by Hayden Carver that they warranty/guarantee their work for 10 years. I recently noticed during a storm in the daylight hours that my gutters appeared to be leaking where the end caps are. I emailed Elite Roofing and told them my issue. A guy called back and left a message that they only guarantee their gutters for one year, and that they don't do gutter repair. I have no issue with the roofers, but the gutter guys were horrible. I don't think they caulked the end caps and drops for the downspouts. But anyway, I'm not very happy with Elite Roofing. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend them because they do not honor their warranty/guarantee.

Please don’t throw away your money away contracting this company, they did a horrible job here. I have two rooms that are leaking right now, and my drywall is destroyed. I’ve made multiple calls for over a month and a half to no answer, the person who answers simply says she’ll pass the message on and won’t give me any information about a supervisor or manager that can resolve my problem.
