Had Tyler Moore come for an estimate showed up said he was bringing his boss back It’s been a week never showed back up to finish the estimate or to give me a price or anything wouldn’t recommend

I thought it was strange when the roofer came to give me an estimate and didn’t bring a ladder tall enough to reach the roof. He went to use his drone and said he didn’t have clearance to use it because we were too close to the airport (inspector when I bought the rental used his drone). They finally came and tenants at the rental have complained. They apparently left a mess around the property during install. Then a tenant texts me to tell me a piece of the roof has fallen off (twice according to her). They are apparently coming out today to take care of this. Needless to say they have not left a good impression. Like most people these days they seem more worried about reviews than the quality of their work.

Hey Amy, thanks for the review. Im really sorry we did not make a good impression. We did come back the day after you called to make the repairs to the flashing, and hope you see this as us trying to do our best. We never claim to be perfect but we do care about making sure we take care of our imperfections as quickly as possible. We absolutely care about getting our customers reviews, that's a huge way for us to gain other opportunities to gain work. With that said the only way we gain these reviews is by providing high quality work at a fair price with a great customer service. We hope you now see that we do provide that customer service even long after the bill has been paid. Thanks again for the business and we hope that you give us another chance in the future.

Very dependable, flexible and such a fast crew. The work is superior and Keltons understanding and honesty made this process smooth and easy. It was a no brainer when I realized our roof had hail damage from a previous storm. Rain stoppers is always the way to go!

The roofing work including speed and cleanup was safely and professionally done. I'm looking forward to many dry years to follow. I do wish my inquiries had been answered more promptly along the way. All else was very good so thanks.

Rain Stoppers was phenomenal from start to finish! They came out quickly to do the estimate, crawled through the attic, and even used a drone to document everything so I could clearly see the condition of my roof. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were always prompt and professional. The crew was outstanding. I had to leave to take my daughter to practice, and I felt completely comfortable leaving them at my home. They finished the job, cleaned up, and sent my invoice electronically, making the whole process incredibly easy. Their workmanship is second to none. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Rain Stoppers to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofing company!

Jon Reitz did exactly what he said he was going to do, and when. The workers showed up just after daylight and stayed til past dark, in the heat, and finished in one day, as promised. …

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The reason we chose Rainstoppers for our new roof was the overall experience from start to finish. Kelton Fogle was great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions we had along the way. Rainstoppers also had the best price for both the roof and gutters compared to six other companies we received quotes from. The crew completed the roof and cleanup all in one day, which was impressive. We’re very happy with our decision and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter work.

These guys were awesome. Took a while to get them out here because they are really busy, but when they showed up, they tore off the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. They came back the next day and cleaned up. They missed a few screws and nails but to be expected. As a whole it was well cleaned. Price was fair .
