Just got off the phone with this guy, just trying to describe my job to him - extremely rude: cutting me off, saying he's confused at what I am telling him, going on and on, to the point where it was hard to get off the phone without being rude myself (well after knowing there was no way I would want to engage his services). Oh well.

You are not our customer, we are simply not a good match yet you had to try and discredit us here. We offer no apologies for simple realities in life and frankly, it sounds like you yourself are the source of this issue Mr. John Burger; no wonder it was impossible to understand your contradictory questions... Good luck!

I recently had the pleasure of working with SRS for an Asphalt Shingle Full-Roof Restoration on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Instead of opting for a costly full replacement, this innovative service revitalized my existing roof to a condition that's remarkably close to brand new, all at a fraction of the price and with significantly lower environmental impact—saving tons of waste from ending up in landfills. Kasra didn't stop there; they spotted some deferred maintenance issues on the building's exterior, handled them efficiently, and even offered valuable insights into potential interior problems that could have escalated if ignored. The substantial savings from the restoration made it easy and affordable to address those additional items without breaking the bank. Throughout the process, communication with Kasra was straightforward, reasonable, and crystal clear—everything happened exactly as promised, with no surprises. We're already planning our next project with SRS to service or replace our old, leaking Velux skylights. Overall, I'm satisfied with the exceptional service and have developed intention to befriend Kasra over some drinks some day. I highly recommend Sustainable Roofing Solutions to anyone looking for top-notch, eco-friendly roof solutions—they deliver quality and communication and the exceptional knowledge to understand the ins and outs of any repair. I highly recommend looking at the SRS website to get a sense of their process, services offered and what others think of the results.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kasra at SRS on numerous occasions; I can say his 25 years of experience really shows as well as his unique and highly effective green angle with roofing. He approaches repairs, full-restorations, …

Sustainable Roofing Solutions does outstanding work! The owner is also a General contractor with a background in building design and understands buildings inside and out and has been a ‘Green Builder’ for many decades. Their particular expertise is with building exteriors. When they did work for me, I was able to save a large sum of money as parts of the exterior were completely redone and other sections fully restored. Thank you SRS!

This review is long overdue. Sustainable roofing did our roof roughly 2 yrs ago. We couldn't be happier with the job Kas (owner and roofer) did. Kas is very attentive to his clients needs and budget. He not only made our tiled roof …

Thank you Yohanne for finally getting around to reviewing our service for other clients. It is actually better when a review comes at a later date, after the work has stood the test of some time. I am glad our work is holding up for you but not surprised either. I think that roof will be good for a very long time so we can live up to our name in this way.

Helen W. Alameda, August 2016 I am very satisfied with the work SRS did for me. I lived in another house for 30 years, I had two roofs installed and they lasted approximately 15 years each. This is the first time I used SRS at my current residence and I have a feeling this roof may last twice as long as the last ones. The previous roofers were in and out in about a couple of weeks more or less. I really didn’t know what was going on then except that the new roof looked good. I paid for a new roof and that is what I got. The SRS job took longer to finish, but it seems I got more value for what I spent with their detailing. They did extra work tearing off additional layers of roofing, they completed extensive dry rot and carpentry work at the roof perimeter that was needed and installed extra flashings to prolong the life of some adjacent beams. The thing that separates SRS from the previous roofers is that Kasra, the owner of SRS, would explain everything to me daily on his job. He worked side by side with the roofers to insure everything was done correctly. He would regularly point out areas of concern on my roof. I could take care of it now, do it myself, hire them to do it or just catch it later. He also stated the pros and cons of delaying the work. My feeling is this is my house and I want to know how and when to take care of it. The best suggestion he made was to install a skylight in the garage and a sun tunnel in the darkest area of the house. In hindsight, I should have gotten these two items done years ago and now I cannot live without having free solar lighting. If you want a roofer who can explain everything to you when necessary then Sustainable Roofing Solutions is who you want for your next roofing job.
