From start to finish, Michael was professional, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. The whole roofing process went smoothly, and Anchor Roofing Repair worked easily with our insurance company. Replacing our full roof, including three large sections, was completed in just one day. The crew was respectful, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up when the work was finished. There was a small issue with the second-floor gutters not being reattached quite right at first, but after we let them know, the gutters were fixed quickly. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement and related roofing work.

Fantastic customer service from the whole roofing team, especially Sebastian, Michael, and Dillon. They were very patient while I picked the right shingle color and helped schedule the roof installation for the best weather conditions. They worked smoothly with my insurance claim representatives, handled the needed permits, and coordinated well with the dumpster company for removal of the old roofing materials. The prep work before the job started was excellent, and the cleanup after the new roof was installed was outstanding. They made the entire roofing process easy, organized, and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing products, skilled roof installation, and great service from start to finish. A++

After we noticed a leak in our master bathroom, I reached out to a few roofing contractors and got estimates that were way too high. A friend then referred me to Anchor Roofing Repair, and Sebastian responded quickly. He arranged for an inspection right away, completed the roof repair, and showed me photos of other wind-related damage on the roof that we had not seen. He also explained the insurance claim process in a simple way and helped me understand how to move forward to cover part of the cost. Throughout the whole job, he was patient, professional, and easy to work with. The roofing work was excellent, finished in just two days, and the cleanup was very thorough. They even returned later for a final roof inspection and cleaned up a few leftover items in the yard that I had missed. I am very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them for roof repair in Richmond.

We had an old leaking skylight and needed a roofing crew to fix the problem fast. Out of the three roofing estimates we received, this team was the most professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. their online estimate and invoice system was clear, simple to use, and much faster than handling paperwork by mail. The service was very quick, which really helped since water was dripping into our family room during rainy weather. sebastian and michael explained the skylight replacement process well, checked the surrounding roof area, and made sure the flashing and seal were done right. now the new skylights look clean, bring in beautiful natural light, and make the room much quieter. i also feel confident they will help with indoor comfort and overall energy efficiency. dillon and the crew did a great job, and we are very happy with the results.

i had my torch down flat roof replaced with a membrane and pitch package about 7 years ago by Anchor Roofing Repair. later, i noticed a warranty-related roofing issue, and the owner confirmed that an older crew chief had made a mistake during the original work. it was fully corrected, and any smaller roofing concerns since then have been handled quickly and professionally. today, on short notice, a possible leak caused by debris blocking a scupper was taken care of right away. over time, the team i have worked with, including isaiah and dillon, has been reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. they really stand behind their roof repair and replacement work. when i needed skylight replacement and related roofing service, the whole process was smooth, clear, and well organized. i highly recommend them for flat roof work, leak repairs, and ongoing roof maintenance.

what a great job on my roof! this is the second time i've had work done on my home by this team here in richmond. dillon, the company owner, guided us through every step of the roofing process and made sure everything matched what we wanted. we are very happy with the quality of our new roof and how quickly it was finished. we also love the new gutters—they look great and work perfectly. dillon was personally on site the day of installation, making sure everything went smoothly. i’m glad we found this roofing company, as their work is top-notch and very efficient. we will definitely use them again if we need more roofing or gutter work, and we’ll be telling our friends about them too.
