I would happily recommend Above and Beyond Roofing for anyone looking for a roof replacement. After obtaining multiple quotes, A&B provided a competitive, detailed and informative quote. Felix and David made the entire project run very smoothly by keeping me updated throughout the project and keeping the project moving forward to minimize impact. Omar and his crew did a great job. They completed the project in a short amount of time; all while keeping the site clean and organized at the end of every work day. These guys are truly skilled and professional.

Save yourself some searching (I did a lot) and pick Above and Beyond to do your roof because they are awesome! Felix runs an expert and efficient roofing company. His crew arrived early, kept the worksite super clean, protected my landscaping, worked quickly, and did a beautiful job for a very competitive price. Felix and his office were in constant contact with us during the process, sending email progress updates with photos, dealing with the permit and inspection process for us, and offering a final "walk through" with us. I want to give special thanks to Felix, Jon, David, and Omar for doing such a great job! And a couple hints to fellow homeowners: you'll likely need the plywood/OSB underlayer even if you're hoping you don't, Above and Beyond arrives early, so be ready before 8:00, make sure you do lots of prepping of your attic and open spaces for all the debris that falls through if you don't already have a plywood/OSB layer, and be prepared to pay more for your City permit than you expect.

Loved the job Felix and crew from Above and Beyond roofing in El Cerrito did on my roof replacement. Pricing was competitive, workmanship was A+, the crew was very friendly and respectful of my premises. The whole process was fast and the day after they finished we had rain. Not only does it look great but no more leaks! I would hire Above and Beyond again and highly recommend them for roofing needs.
