Communication was better than expected, and the whole team showed real professionalism from the roof inspection to the final repair details.   My experience with Jalen and the crew was excellent. Even with a steep and tricky driveway, the roofing team got all their materials and equipment up to the house smoothly and stayed organized from start to finish. They removed the old roof quickly and got the new roofing system installed right away, and the whole process moved along better than I expected. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. While the roofing job was in progress, they also upgraded the attic insulation, which made the project even more worthwhile and was handled without any hassle. After that, they installed new gutters, and those came out looking clean and solid. They also repaired a small side roof over our sauna and took care of some dry rot issues, adding new framing and plywood near the top to improve support and make everything more secure. Throughout the project, Jalen was on site often, checking the workmanship, answering questions, and making sure the roofing work stayed on track. I had plenty of chances to go over details with him, and he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. At the time, i told him i would think it over and set the idea aside. After some time passed, i started having real roofing problems, including a major leak that patch work could not fix. That is when i realized the earlier inspection had been accurate. When jalen followed up later, i explained what had been going on, and he helped move the process forward with my former insurance carrier. From there, the roofing claim and inspection process went smoothly. Their engineer and jalen looked over the roof system and confirmed that replacement was the right solution. After approval, philip, the project manager, handled all the key details from start to finish. He helped with the estimate, roofing material choices, scheduling, delivery, tear-off, installation, and any questions i had along the way. The whole crew stayed organized, worked hard, and kept the job moving with good communication.   We absolutely love our new standing seam metal roof from El Sobrante Roof Repair. Since our home is in a fire-prone area, choosing a metal roofing system was an easy decision, and we are very happy we did. Colin and the crew were professional, easy to reach, and clearly skilled in roofing work. They kept in touch throughout the project and worked smoothly with our contractor and solar installer. They also custom made our gutters, and they look fantastic while matching the roof really well.   our roof replacement went very smoothly. most of the new roofing system was installed in one day, and the crew came back the next day to finish the remaining details and final inspection. they were friendly, organized, and kept the job site neat the whole time. all of their roofing materials and tools stayed in one area, which made everything look clean and professional. they also took great care to protect the plants, bushes, and landscaping around the house before starting the tear-off and install. after the work was done, they handled the cleanup extremely well. they walked the driveway and the entire area around the home picking up roofing scraps, nails, and trash. even the very small debris was raked up and removed. they also used a magnet sweeper around the property to make sure any leftover metal pieces were picked up. to top it off, they blew off the driveway and surrounding areas more than once to make sure everything looked spotless. the whole roofing crew was careful, thorough, and detail focused from start to finish. the finished roof looks great, and even the neighbors noticed how professional and complete the job was.
