  I refuse to give this company a good rating because my service with them was not SUPERIOR at all, from start to finish there is and was nothing they did that pleased me the customer!! ...nerver will I call them or send work their way.

  Ryan and Superior were timely and extremely professional. They helped with a big leak issue we had at one of our buildings and gave us all the options needed to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend.

  We have worked with Superior Services RSH commercially for 10 years and they are the most reliable roofing contractor. I am sure there are others but never had to look elsewhere from day one. Over the last decade, they have handled all of our DuroLast, shingle and gutter replacements, maintenance and emergency leaks. Additionally, Superior is Tritoflex certified. All sales/ service managers are responsive, on time, highly professional and creatively adjust to clients' needs. Everyone strictly adheres to safety and operational protocols. All staff and service technicians go out of their way to accommodate our tenants. As a commercial property manager with multiple locations, I trust they will do the job correctly without supervision (and Superior has truly earned that trust.) You just do not see service like this anymore - but you can with your next project.....

  I have worked with Superior Services for 20+ years as I manage a few buildings in the Portland, MI area. They are a pure joy to work with and have solved some of the trickiest water leak issues for me, coming back multiple times to until we figured it out. Jim and crew go out of their way to do a top quality job!

  We had a leak in a new roof installed 6 years ago. The gentleman came out and repaired it pretty quick, no issues.

  Flat roofs are tricky and Superior gets it right! We discovered a small tear in our 15-year old roof, called Superior who had installed it originally. They sent out Randy and Jeffrey who fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!!!
