  i was a little unsure at first because my HOA has a process for roof work and i thought the skylight order and installation might get held up. Superb Roofing Westlake made everything easy. frank and curtis were professional, patient, and very familiar with HOA roofing paperwork. they knew exactly which documents were needed, completed them quickly, and got everything back to me so i could send it to the association management without stress. the roofing crew was also very respectful while working both inside and outside my home. they handled the skylight installation with care, kept the area clean, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. the whole project was completed smoothly, and i really appreciated how organized and efficient the team was. it was clear they understood residential roofing and skylight work well, and the final result looks great.

  I want to thank the roofing crew for the great work. Walter, Curtis, Jerome, and the rest of the team did an excellent job from start to finish. They had installed our original tile roof when the house was first built, so when it was time to replace it after major storm damage, I knew exactly who to call.   i called after i noticed several ripped shingles and loose roofing debris around my home after strong winds. blake came out the next day, checked the roof carefully, and explained that a full roof repair and replacement made the most sense because of the wear and storm damage. After i finished working with my homeowners insurance, blake got me on the schedule for the following week for a full tear off of the old roofing system and installation of a new roof. blake and his crew showed up early, worked hard, and had the new roof finished the same day by mid afternoon. They kept me updated through the whole roofing job, answered my questions in simple terms, and made the process easy. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They also did a great cleanup and removed every extra piece of old roofing material. The new roof looks great, and i couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the overall service.

  frank and his crew did an amazing job replacing our storm-damaged roof in Westlake Village and installing new shingles and gutters. they are top notch roofers and excellent workers, while also being friendly and courteous. they showed up on time, finished the roofing job quickly, and kept everything on schedule. they pay close attention to detail, from the roofline to the gutter work, and left the property very clean. i would highly recommend them. having a roofing team that does what they say they will do and follows through when promised is refreshing. they also worked directly with our insurance company, which made the whole roof replacement process much easier for us.

  We called about damage around our skylight, and the person on the phone was very helpful and set up a roof inspection right away. In less than an hour, Walter arrived. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He found that when the roof had been replaced by another roofer, the skylight cover had been left loose.   Our roofing project was very large and complex because the home is more than 100 years old and had three roof layers. The bottom layer was the original slate roof with two layers of shingles installed over it. Santiago and the crew arrived early in the morning, started the tear-off right away, and worked steadily all day until sunset to complete the full roof replacement. They handled the old materials, decking concerns, and install process with real skill and efficiency. Even with a big reroof job like this, the cleanup was excellent and there was barely any sign they had been there. What could have turned into a long and stressful roofing project was made smooth, fast, and easy by Santiago and his hardworking team. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement or tear-off work.
