The whole job went smoothly from inspection to approval to completion. The work was scheduled quickly once the insurance company approved everything, and the crew did solid work with good communication the entire time. Trenton kept every promise, answered my questions, and made sure I understood each step. I really appreciated how honest, dependable, and professional the whole experience was. If I need any roof repair or roofing service again, I would definitely call them back.

  I almost never leave reviews, but Claunch Roofing and Preston truly gave us one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explain the source of the leak in simple terms, and walk us through the repair options without ever making us feel rushed. I ask a lot of questions when it comes to major home repairs, especially anything involving roof leaks, flashing, and exterior protection, and he always answered with clear and thoughtful responses. That gave me a lot of confidence right away. The crew did excellent work, showed real attention to detail, and made sure our home was sealed up and protected properly.
