  I decided not to move forward with Conejo Services after my experience with their salesman. The sales approach felt very pushy and focused more on upselling than actually listening to my concerns about the roofing project. They were also late during the appointment process, which already gave me concerns about professionalism and communication. On top of that, I felt like they were trying to increase the scope and cost of the job unnecessarily. I ended up going with another company because I was looking for a more honest, straightforward experience.

  It is very rare for me to rave about a company's service, but I have to rave about Conejo Services. We purchased two complete house air conditioning systems from them. Not only did they have the best price, (we got bids from 4 other companies), but the installation was amazing. Three or four trucks showed up, 2 vans and maybe 10 guys. They got here at 10:00 and were finished by 4 pm. They covered all our carpet as the upstairs equipment had to go through a crawl space to enter the attic. The equipment is top tier (Bosch), and works flawlessly. But they didn't stop there . . . whenever we have questions or minor adjustments to the systems they jump on it and handled it right away. If you want it done right, call these guys!

  Always happy with HVAC services from Conejo Services. Carlos was on time , explained what he was doing for our regularly scheduled PM service. I appreciate knowing that our AC is looked after and we are doing everything we can to keep it efficient and working properly.

  i trust them 100%, they have done great work for us over the years, especially as our home ages (now about 60 years old). they have replaced main drains, just rejuvenated our electric panel after a problem, they maintain our roof and so much more.
