Conejo Valley Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Conejo Valley Roofing.

Very unprofessional. Spoke with Rick twice, once to set a meeting date and the second to confirm a time. He promised I would be first on his list the next day and I should expect him between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. He never showed or called. Too many others that want your work to waste time with him.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. This review refers to a time under previous ownership, and Rick is no longer affiliated with the business. Since taking over, we've made it a priority to improve our reliability, communication, and overall customer service. While we can't change what happened in the past, we’d love the opportunity to make things right. Feel free to call us at (805) 407-0890 if you ever consider giving us another try. We’d be happy to help!

We could not be happier with our total experience with Conejo Roofing. The estimators were focused on both the big picture and the many, many details that are involved in re-roofing, such as attic fans for starters. They were very thorough in explaining the process and in explaining the pros/cons of various roofing choices. They did not try to upsell us. We now have a BEAUTIFUL roof and are all set for El Nino!

We just completed a full tile relay at our home with Conejo Valley Roofing. The project was completed timely and fully as promised with no extras not listed in the contract. Spencer and the crew were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very reputable company and highly recommended.

Conejo Valley Roofing completed a full roof replacement of our home and garage in July, installing over 4,000 sf of Presidential TL roofing and attic fans. They replaced vent pipes, removed unnecessary vent pipes and more. We would not hesitate to recommend Conejo to our friends and family. We selected Conejo after obtaining four proposals. We met with the company's owner, Spencer. The bid was competitively priced and the job was completed on time (actually ahead of the original schedule). From the bidding process, to communicating the start and finish timelines, to obtaining the permit, to addressing issues that sometimes arise during projects of this scope and size, we found Spencer to be responsive, knowledgeable and fair.

After researching several companies, we chose Conejo and made the right choice. The job was very well project managed and done within 4 days with a full crew dedicated to getting it done. They did a great job cleaning up and I never found a nail. They provided attention to detail. The pricing was lower and warranty is the same. Why go anywhere else!

I needed a new roof and collected 3 quotes from local roofers. I asked Spencer at Conejo Valley Roofing for a quote. He made the process quick and easy. He walked me through the varies options and decisions... and generated the quote quickly. Conejo Valley Roofing was VERY competitive and provided the best value overall for the work that was needed. The team arrived, the tear off was done quickly, professionally and they cleaned up as they went. Repairs were completed, inspection went smooth and then installed all the new materials, the team was awesome and worked quickly. The team Spencer has is top notch and very professional. I am very happy with the finished product. If you are looking for a professional quality roofer in the area, I highly recommend Conejo Valley Roofing! Excellent job!

We recently had the underlayment on our roof replaced by Conejo Valley Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt informed and taken care of. The crew worked incredibly hard, showing up promptly each day and often putting in long hours to make sure the job was completed on time and done right. Their workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail. On top of all that, they offered the best price of the quotes we received, which made the value even better. We highly recommend Conejo Valley Roofing—great work, great team, and a truly positive experience from beginning to end.
