We oversee a tiny strip center, and when some tenants complained about leaks, we required the entire roofing system inspected. Sunshield arrived, took us on a tour of the roof, and provided us with a precise written price without pressuring us to add unnecessary additions. Since the building is a respectable size, the work took approximately a week, and the workers made sure that the sidewalk and parking lot were always free for patrons. They cleaned up debris every evening before departing and checked in with us most mornings to let us know the strategy for the day.

The attic venting installation service was excellent. The team explained how proper ventilation helps extend roof life and improve energy efficiency. They completed the installation professionally and left the area spotless. Since the work was done, we’ve noticed better airflow throughout the home.
