  They did not install the decking properly where I cannot install the fascia trip and they refuse to fix it unless I pay them extra to come and fix it. Salesman pretty much just checked out on me and referred me to his office manager. Never again.

  Mr. Stripling, The decking was installed properly and up to code, you have a windstorm certificate which we sent you and is on file with TDI (Texas Dept. of Insurance). We did not frame your house so there is an area where the decking overlaps because there was no fascia in place to begin with. We offered three times to fix the issue when we were doing your roof & you declined. You spoke with our project manager about it the day of the job, said everything looked good & signed the job sign off. You knew it was not our fault and said you would fix the issue yourself. Cory (salesman) referred the issue to myself (owner) & we said that we would fix the issue, but you would have to pay, which is true. I’m sorry your experience is not what you hoped for, but we cannot do work that was not our fault to begin with for free. You were referred to us by your parents whose roof we did, and we do not want a bad taste in your mouth about our company as we go above and beyond to do right by our customers. We fought your insurance company to get your roof replaced after they denied you & got the job done. I’m sorry we cannot work for free. We called you, left you a voicemail and have not received a call back. If we can be of further assistance, please call the office & we will be happy to help resolve this issue at cost. Thank you.

  Terrible Experience, I was threatened with a lawsuit if I posted a review. Use a different company, the sales guy is unprofessional.

  Not true. You are in breach of contract. Once you sign the contract it is a legal binding agreement. Now you are putting our companies character in question. We have many happy customers and references.

  Was way overpriced in my opinion. Cost was over $40,000 for a 2250 sq. ft. home. Yes, it was an insurance claim (which seems to be a racket anyway) but I could have gotten the same quality (if not better) for less than what my deductible was which was less than half the total they quoted which means they probably charged double what it should have been. The roof leaked 6 months later around the chimney. They fixed that but it should have never happened. Then, the actual roofers left trash in the yard (drink cans, etc), did not do a thorough job of picking up nails, and forgot to re-install a mast I had for a cell booster antenna.

  My overall experience with TCB Elite from start to finish was positive. The company was honest and well organized. Each company representative i met with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions and concerns. My roof looks fantastic and i am pleased with the final results. The Roofers completed the job in one day and they cleared the grounds satisfactory. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone interested in replacing their roof!

  TCB Elite Fleet did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.   TCB Eliete, Fleet is a wonderful roofing company to use. They are very professional and worked with my insurance company. I would recommend them and if need be use again.

  Excellent roofing replacement from start to finish. Frog did a great job managing the project, answering our questions, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. The workmanship was top-notch, and we're very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

  TCB Elite Fleet exceeded my expectations. Exceptional work. They are fast and efficient. Our new roof looks amazing. Not only is their work exceptional but they help navigate the process from start to finish with the insurance company. If you need a new roof and don’t know where to start TCB Elite is where to start.

  Fairly easy complete roof replacement from wind damage. Team was great to work with along with insurance. Once all the insurance paperwork was in place, roof replaced in one day. Crew was quick, good, and cleaned up debris that ended up in neighbor's yard without prompting. Even neighbors were impressed with their speed.

  TCB Elite Fleet, LLC is very thorough, honest and professional. I can recommend them to anyone who suspects storm damage to their roof. The inspection was free. My roof replacement by my insurance company went all the way to the umpire process. I was very impressed with their work.

  These guys that came out and did the roof were amazing. They started at 6 am and finished at 7 pm. This included a great cleaning of the yard also. I would recommend this company anytime.

  Mark "Frog" Gatlin, our sales representative with TCB Elite Fleet, LLC, did a great job guiding us through the whole process of wind storm claims with our insurance carrier. Frog has many years in the business. He's been very responsive with questions and discussed the advantages of using TCB Elite Fleet versus another contractor. The quality of the work was very good. They've done quite a few homes in our neighborhood. Frog is a funny name and the name of his company is hard to remember too, but I can wholeheartedly recommend them for a roof replacement.
