Found out the salesman lied to me about important details and canceled my roofing contract within the specified time limit. Discussed the matter with the owner himself and he refused to give me my money back. No apology was given or empathy in the matter. I would not want to rely on warranty matters with a company owner lacking integrity to handle issues the proper way!
