  i had Vargas & Sons Roof Repair come out for an estimate to repair a roof leak and do a full roof inspection to catch any other problems. This was the second estimate i received, and it was much more reasonable because the scope of work was focused and did not include extra charges that were not really needed. Instead of suggesting a much larger shingle replacement area, they targeted the section where the leak was actually happening and handled the repair the right way. They also took care of a few other roofing concerns without stretching out the labor time, which made the whole process feel honest and efficient. joseph explained everything in simple terms, and the crew worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. In the hot weather, it was a relief to get the roof sealed up before the issue could get worse. The leak is fixed, the other roof issues were addressed, and the final cost felt fair for the work completed. I really appreciated the straightforward approach, clear inspection, and honest pricing. If i ever need more roofing work or even a full replacement later, i would gladly use them again.

But Vargas & Sons Roof Repair really stands out. carol was very professional, easy to talk to, and knew the roofing materials, shingles, and gutter supplies inside and out. Her customer service always makes the visit smoother and helps our crew stay on schedule in Baytown. The whole process is seamless every time, from ordering materials to getting loaded up and back to the job site. The yard team was also a big help with loading and moving supplies quickly, especially darrell. he was fast, helpful, and great to work with. We really appreciate the consistent service, the friendly attitude, and how easy they make it for roofing contractors like us every visit.

  I had Vargas & Sons Roof Repair put on a new roof, and I waited quite a while before writing this because I wanted to see how it held up through heavy rain, strong wind, and the hot Baytown weather. I’m happy to say I have had zero problems. No leaks, no shingles coming loose, and the whole roofing system still looks great. That gave me a lot of confidence that the work was done the right way from the start. Before moving forward, I had a frustrating experience with the original installer and also spoke with several other roofing companies. Some never showed up, and others did not explain the job in a way that made me feel comfortable. When I finally reached out, Joseph responded right away, and Darrell was easy to work with from the first visit. He came out, inspected the roof, and clearly explained what was going on. I knew I had a few missing shingles, but I did not realize how much damage was there until he showed me photos and walked me through the problem areas. We talked through the repair and replacement options, materials, and what would make the most sense for long-term protection. He also helped during the insurance claim process and met with the inspector, which made everything much easier and less stressful. That extra support really mattered. The longest part of the process was waiting on a clear stretch of weather, but communication stayed solid the whole time. I was kept updated, and once conditions were right, the roofing crew got the job done quickly and efficiently. Since I was home, I was able to see the materials they used and watch the progress. The cleanup was very good, with only a small amount of debris left behind, and over time I have only found a few nails. They also removed an old chimney and properly closed that opening from the roof, which made the finished job look much cleaner.   We had an excellent experience with Vargas & Sons Roof Repair for our roof replacement after a hail storm. Darrell and the crew were patient, easy to work with, and helpful while we waited for HOA approval on the shingle color. Communication stayed quick and clear through the whole roofing process, and they were even responsive later when we needed proof of service for our insurance records. The new roof was installed in just one day, and the crew did a great job with cleanup, leaving very little debris behind. That meant a lot to our family during a very stressful day, because we were able to come home and see the roofing job fully handled without worrying about nails or leftover materials in the driveway or yard.   After a bad wind storm knocked trees onto our house in Baytown, we reached out for roof repair and did not need to search anywhere else. They quickly got us on the schedule, handled the storm damage, tore off two old layers, and installed the full new roof in just one day. The whole roofing crew did excellent work, and the cleanup was just as impressive. i was especially glad to work with joseph, who was dependable, on time, and professional from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.   Vargas & Sons Roof Repair has solid business practices and keeps their appointment times. They always do a great job on both the house roof and the barn roof. We had a problem with a skylight flashing area, and they sent Darrell out. darrell was very kind, polite, and professional, and he made the whole roof repair visit easy. He listened closely to my description of the leak, checked the area right away, and quickly tracked down the issue. It did not take long for him to find the problem, take photos to explain what was going on, and make the repair. He worked efficiently, cleaned up well, and made sure everything was sealed properly for the hot weather and strong storms we get. i was impressed with how fast the service was, even though we really enjoyed talking with him. joseph must run a great team because the whole experience felt smooth and dependable. 5 stars all the way!

  Water was leaking around my skylight and into my kitchen, so I needed a roofer fast. Other repair companies gave me unhelpful answers about just waiting for the weather to clear, but Joseph responded the same day and came out between rain showers to seal the skylight and help stop more water from getting in. He quickly arranged for a roofing crew to move things around and replace the skylight as soon as possible, which really solved the problem. Any time I had a question and left a voicemail, Joseph called back promptly and explained everything clearly. The crew was polite, professional, and got right to work on the roof repairs. They kept the job site clean, stayed focused, and did quality work from start to finish. When they were done, the roof and yard were spotless. I was very impressed with the service, the communication, and the care they put into the repair. Excellent customer service and strong roofing work all around.
