  I thought this was going to be a professional business interaction but I was mistaken. I scheduled an appointment on the 16th. The estimator ( Jonah) came out, did the inspection about 2 hours total time. It was explained that I knew I needed a roof and was at the beginning of getting an idea of the cost involved, meaning I would be getting other estimates. At the end of the meeting ask if he could email the options and bid information, he said and I quote, “ I’m a busy man and said maybe in a couple of days he would send it” Then ask me to take a picture of his iPad screen of the price no way to see the details from one picture. A few days went by called there office let them know I never was email anything, apparently this fell on deaf ears as it is now in July and have yet to hear from them. My advice is stay away from this business if they can’t seem to send a simple email who knows how your project will turn out. Someone must be using them judging from all the advertising they do on tv. I feel like they expect a person to sign on the dotted line without question and if they don’t they leave in a huff like a kid whois told no when asking for candy.

  We had an appointment for an estimate on a new roof. They called the day before to confirm, then no one showed up. After 30 minutes we called and got voicemail, then we sent a text, no response and finally an hour later someone called us. Very inconsiderate and a waste of time.

  Sugar Roofing is a great company. Loved working with the whole crew, especially, Carlos Sr. Carlos Sr was so friendly and professional. He even returned to our home to answer questions. Great job Sugar Roofing!!
