AVOID! I originally had the flat part of our roof fixed 12/2022. Within a year we had leaking. I reached out to Mighty dog and 4 other companies - who said the flat roof was not done correctly and needs to be fixed. 10/2025 had mighty dog come out to see it again and get it fixed under warranty. They instead gave me a quote for $8,000 to slope the roof. I have called many many times, leaving messages and asking for the manager and have gotten NO RESPONSE. They do not back up their work or decide to be responsible if there is an issue. Terrible customer service and professionalism. Now I am working with BBB and the AGs office for a formal complaint. They are ignoring me to ride out their warranty. AVOID

Thank you for your patience, Mr. Asim. We are working hard and speaking to several of our tradesmen to see who can fix this unique repair. Unfortunately this roof is old and should have been replaced from the beginning. We are disappointed that the representative who previously worked for our company believed the repair completed previously would be a long-term solution, and now we are all feeling the consequences. We will do our best to make it right as we value your business. We will continue to search for someone who can make a repair with so many coats existing on your roof and update you throughout the week as we have been doing. We are glad we were able to take care of one of your properties already after Hurricane Beryl.

I highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing. I worked with Jordon Giarratano, and the level of service was outstanding. We wanted a standing seam metal roof for our home, and Mighty Dog was one of the very few businesses we found that actually …

If you need repair, or just an inspection these guys are the way to go. Jordan came out and did an inspection for me. He was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can tell this guy knows his stuff! He was not pushy in the slightest! Gave me great recommendations on what to do next, and what time lines may look like. Can’t stress enough, how professional he was. Highly recommend this company!

I hired Mighty Dog to replace the old composite siding with Hardy. They did a great job at a great price. They also repaired some sheathing and painted. I would use them again.

I came across Mighty Dog Southwest when I was researching Roofing companies on the BBB Houston website. The BBB Houston website is easy to use and within a few hours Patrick from Mighty Dog Southwest reached out to me. I remember the initial phone conversation and him visiting me on a weekend, as I worked during the week. He was very professional and polite during the home visit. I showed him the work that I was looking to have done. He did not seem pushy or aggressive at all. When I gave him the job he managed to work with my homeowners insurance and HOA. On the day of the roof install and work, his project lead Enrique was there. Enrique spent the entire day on site and made himself readily available to answer any questions I had. The entire team from Mighty Dog Roofing Southwest was courteous. I remember Mighty Dog Southwest leaving my home that evening the way they found it that morning. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Mighty Dog Southwest for your Roofing needs.
