  If I could give Lavalion roofing company zero star that would be it . Management lady name Linh is very arrogant & egotistic individual . She denied my claim due to petty childish miscommunication mislead me , wasted my time thinking she respects & values my business etc . To find out she threw me under a bus lol . It’s all about the money and easy work . Not about taking care customer promptly and appreciate customers needs . Would not recommend or refer this company to family or friends due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUN AROUNDS !!!!

  Dear Ms. Lu, We understand your frustration regarding our decision to discontinue services and sincerely apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Our team has assisted you from day one through phone calls, text messages, and three on-site visits within the past two weeks to inspect, tarp damaged areas, verify repairs, and guide you through the insurance claim process—all at no cost to you. We have reviewed your communications with Linh and our staff and believe there are a few points we would like to express: While our team could not always answer immediately especially on Sundays, records show that calls and messages were returned promptly—typically within an hour or so. All phone calls including the most recent phone calls were recorded for business purpose. You also mentioned concerns about how other previous contractors "screwed" you over and feeling uncertain about your insurance. Therefore, We did try to offer to help you transition to another contractor if that would make you more comfortable. Please understand that as roofing contractors, we can only provide guidance within our professional scope and cannot advise on insurance purchasing decisions or influence claim approvals (After you got upset because Linh did not suggest you to stop buying insurance as you felt like you were being "screwed over" by "everyone"). We understand it can be hard to have to handle everything by yourself in every aspect of life, but there are certain points we feel like we are not a good fit for certain clients. If you believe that our final decision of NOT moving forward with you is "all about money" (when you were not charged with anything), "throw" you "under the bus," (when you continue repeating to our staff by saying if we want your business, we must... yet we still showed up), "easy work" (3 visits, each last between 1-2 hours including tarping under 100 degrees, inspecting, explaining process, listening to your conversations, answering to your concerns, respon

  In less than 3 years, this is what the roof replacement looks like that H-Town/Lavalion did before we bought the house. I have called and emailed and they sent a contractor out that they subbed the work to. He replaced a board by the chimney, re-caulked it and said the chimney was the source of the leak. It turns out it was not constructed or roofed correctly.

Please reach out to our appropriate contact information to resolve the matter before making a false accusation that could hurt our business for the actions that did not come from us. *UPDATE 3/1/23: We have responded to Mr Breedlove via email requesting to take this false 1 star review down and still haven't gotten a response. We offered an option for Mr. Breedlove to prove we are not the SAME company and did not hear from the homeowner. We are sorry you have to go through this situation but it's UNFAIR for us to receive a punishment due to work caused by a different company.

  It was a great experience working with Lavalion for my roof replacement. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, and communication was great throughout the entire time. Shout out to the GM, Danny, for assigning Nhan Ngo as my specialist. ​Nhan worked with me through the entire replacement, from navigating insurance all the way to final completion. He was patient with all my questions and made the process completely stress-free. I'm very thankful for that! ​I also can't leave out the installation crew. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they finished in one day. ​Highly recommend!

  thanks for the new roof and gutters we love them. great team the only thing is they didnt let us know materials would arrive at noon so our cars were blocked and a bit inconvenient hope this feedback helps

  They came and did the roof but it took more than 1 day when they told me it would finish within 1 day. I understand it’s hot right now but next time you should let me know at the beginning so I can plan my work ahead of time.

  Lavalion Roofing recently replaced the roof on my garage after some wind damage, and I couldn't be more impressed. Having worked in the construction industry for 20 years, I have high standards, and they proved to be one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. The quality of their work and their attention to detail were top-notch.   They completed my roof in 2.5 days. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They scanned for loose nails in the driveway, grass and flower beds each day. The workmanship is outstanding. We choose the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine system. It looks great. I would recommend Lavalion Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement. Keith
