  Thank you for sharing your experience. We take every review seriously and want to provide some important context for anyone reading this. We immediately took care of this issue the day after the customer let us know about the problem, on a Saturday afternoon. We confirmed the hot water heater was working when we left. Regarding the hot water heater: You told us that Universal Home Experts and Abacus Plumbing identified an unsealed vent as the cause of the failure. The photo you sent us actually shows the vent had been moved after we installed. We sealed and painted the vent again on Saturday afternoon after the install. After your text, we contacted both companies directly. Jeff and Bo from Universal Home Expert both confirmed they had advised you a year prior that the water heater needed to be replaced due to its age and condition. They also stated that an unsealed vent would not have caused a gas unit to fail. Despite this, our team came to the home on a Saturday afternoon and relit the pilot light to restore your hot water at no charge. You demanded $3,000 from us, but the plumbing companies told us they had advised you to get a new hot water heater a year earlier. We tried to work toward a reasonable resolution, but the demand and texts we received made that difficult. Not to mention, the hot water heater was working when we came back. Regarding the border wood (trim): This was not included in the scope of the original contract. We replaced it anyway at our own cost to make sure the finished job met your expectations. We remain open to a respectful conversation if you'd like to revisit this. Our goal has always been to do right by our customers, and we stand behind the work and the documentation. All communication via text and email is saved along with photos of evidential proof.

  I'm very happy with the experience I had with this company. Their pricing was great, they completed the roof in one day, and were very helpful including helping me reduce my insurance costs. Overall, I'm very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them.

  When a hail storm damaged our roof, I called several companies hoping someone could help quickly. Reign Roofing was the only one who came out the same day, and that level of responsiveness continued throughout the entire process. They handled the immediate repairs right away and then guided me step‑by‑step through the insurance claim. They even showed up when the inspector arrived to make sure everything went smoothly. Once the initial insurance payment came in, they scheduled the roof replacement promptly. Even with a few rain delays — totally understandable — the installation was still completed within the expected timeframe. Their crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. They also replaced our damaged gutters, and everything looks fantastic. Huge shout‑out to Connor for being an outstanding communicator and to Jeremy for taking the time to answer every question and ensure the entire process was stress‑free. I hope I won’t need roofing services again anytime soon, but it’s incredibly reassuring knowing Reign Roofing will be there when I do. Highly recommended.
