Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to offer some context for others who may read this. We completed a targeted repair exactly as agreed. While on-site, we also performed a few extra courtesy items at no charge. During the visit, I advised the homeowner that the roof showed signs of widespread wind damage and should really be replaced. At the time, a full replacement wasn’t feasible, so a localized repair was chosen instead. Roughly two months later, after several storms passed through the area, a new leak appeared about eight to nine feet away from the original repair. I returned and explained that this was a separate issue. Still, I offered to repair it at no cost. The homeowner declined and asked for a refund instead. We work hard to do the right thing, and we stand by the work we performed. I always aim to be fair and respectful, even in difficult situations.

Avoid this roofing company they provide poor craftmanship and do not own up to their mistakes. They talk you into insurance roof repair and when something goes wrong they are silent and impossible to reach. I had major problems using this company and had to get a reputable roofing company to fix. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

You should be ashamed of yourself. This is absolutely disgusting. You’re trying to extort me to remove bad reviews. This has been reported to Google.

Needed roof repair in Sugar Land after spotting water stains on the ceiling. Madison Roofing was recommended by a neighbor. They were easy to deal with and didn't try to upsell. Got the repair done the next day. Felt like they respected my time.

Absolutely outstanding service! I called this roofing company on a Saturday for an estimate, and they came out that same day. By Monday, after I agreed to the quote, they were already at my home replacing the roof—same-day turnaround again! They were incredibly fast, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, provided detailed photos of the work they did, and made sure I understood exactly what had gone wrong with the roof. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Awesome, awesome service—highly recommend!
