Stumps did a decent job with the roof, but communication was not good at all. Had an issue with the fascia, they said they would fix it, months went by and it still isn’t fixed. Not answering text messages and just saying we will get to it next week. Decided to go with someone else.

Very unprofessional. Guy said he was at my house while I was at work, checked the cameras because he said his camera was acting up and he lied because he never came. Have stiff that is leaking and this is what I had to deal with. My first experience with a roofer.

I work for a Property Management and we use Luke and his team quite often! They are very responsive and efficient with the work that they do. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Luke- you and your team are AMAZING! Keep up the good work

Luke and the Stump team have professionally replaced 12 roofs in our HOA over the past two seasons. The work is efficient, looks great, and cleanup was handled with care and the price was right. We will have them back to replace other buildings next year.

I want to say Thank You specifically to Luke Stump, owner of Stumps Roofing. In 2023, I noticed that Stumps Roofing was in the neighborhood potentially completing some roofing work. …

Luke came promptly to check the storm damage to my house. He consulted with the insurance company regarding the scope of the repairs. He is a joy to work with.

Contracted by our HOA to look at/repair storm damage, came out and fixed our issue. Did a great job on this minor issue and were very easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need work done would call them

My townhouse community used Stump’s for new siding. There was a small issue which caused our A/C to short out and for us to need immediate assistance. Mistakes happen, and it’s all about how we handle mistakes that make the difference. The owner was incredibly responsive, fixing my issue in less than 24 hours. It was obvious how much he cared about fixing the issue and I really appreciated his responsiveness. Not only that, but when I called, his team had already informed him of the issue (before we knew it was going to need assistance)- showing that the culture in his company allows for the workers to bring up potential issues without fear- which allowed this issue to be taken care of without me having to “prove” what happened. All in all, I would recommend Stumps over and over. The work looks great and you can be confident that any issues will be taken care of ASAP.

So glad I took the time to call Stump siding and roofing. I talked to Pete Welsh and had him come out and look at some aluminum siding repair that I needed done. Pete noticed that I had a lot of hail damage and took time to show and explain …

I was told I had needed a new roof and that some shingles came off and would cost me over $4000.00. I called Stump Siding & Roofing to get a second opinion. He came right out and look and told me that my roof did not have any shingles off and that there was nothing wrong with my roof, he also showed me my roof with a flying thing that had a camera on it. I will call him from now on if I do need a roof as he had saved me over $4000.00.
