  Response repost due to google error 4-10-22 Update: 9-29-20 We had a meeting with the Moore’s and went over all of their concerns. The confusion over the billing seemed to be the biggest issue. We have successfully resolved this issue. The other concern was the contour in the roof. We explained the situation and showed before pictures confirming the contour existed prior to our arrival. The other item was they did not like the appearance of a rear fascia. We were able to explain that we had not altered the fascia but added an apron flashing that at the roof level intersected the existing fascia. This is what gave the appearance that they did not like. We came back out installed all new fascia and flashings to the entire rear gable of home. We re-clad a window that was in need of repair. These items were not part of our original scope of work but we want all of our customers to be happy so we came out and replaced for no charge. Before we left the jobsite I asked Stephen if he was happy with everything and he said he was. I was not able to speak to Ronita before I left but hope she is happy with the fascia. If there are any other concerns feel free to contact us. We welcome the Moore’s to post an update to confirm what we have said.   The Biniek team did a fantastic job. They replaced the roof on our three story home that is about one hundred and twenty years old and needed ventilation installed. All of this was done during the three hottest days of this summer. Also did a great job of cleaning up the debris. A big shout-out to the installation crew.

  Big thank you goes out to Team Biniek Specialty Contractors for a job well done! Our home is 44 years old and needed a new roof, 2 skylights and gutters/ spouting replaced. Joe did an excellent job upfront explaining what would be involved throughout the entire process including any upgrade options we may want to choose. His demonstration of the Duration Designer Shingle with the patented SureNail Technology was very impressive. The shingle color he recommended, “Aged Copper” compliments our stained front porch posts and shutters perfectly. We also upgraded to the RX Leaf Guard gutter system and Velux skylights with solar powered remote controled sun shades. All the plywood sheathing, skylights and shingles were replaced in only 2 days with 1 more day to replace all the gutters and down spouts. The work crew was very hard working and showed excellent craftsmanship resulting in a quality final product. We were impressed with their level of detail covering our shrubs and flowerbeds with protective tarps to collect any debris and when completed used magnets, leaf blowers and hand buckets to cleanup. Shout out to Sean who did a very good job facilitating and communicating with us while the work was being done. The gutter/spouting crew did an excellent job and completed the work including the leaf guard system in 1 day. We highly recommend Biniek Specialty Contractors if your looking for your project to be completed in a professional, quality, timely and cost effective manner.   Paul and his crew were easy to work with. They replaced our aging roof, made needed repairs and added leaf guard gutters. We checked the downspouts during a recent rain and they are all functioning well. Highly recommended!

  The team was great to work with. We had our old shingle roof torn down to the decking and fully replaced with a standing seam metal roof. Joe got us the quote quickly. Paul answered all our questions and coordinated with the borough to be sure we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend them.
