  **update 7/31/25** Somebody from DePalma finally reached out to us to make these issues right...good on them! Communicating is not their best asset though. Had our roof re-shingled recently, Thur, 7/17/25. Roof looks great and was done in a very timely manner. BUT...a few things were not so good. First, my rose trellis was bent in half and another one of my lawn stakes was broken I noticed after the job was done and none of the workers left us know. There was a big stain on our front porch from a worker that was later rinsed off after the workers left. (I do have pics of these things) I think the worst was that I actually witnessed one of the workers urinating on one of our bushes right before they left!! I couldn't believe I actually saw this...I went right out after they left and yes, took a pic of the wet bush that was just pissed on! And the last thing was; the job was done on Thur. We were told that somebody would come Fri or Mon with a magnet to make sure no nails were laying around? Thur night I walked our driveway and out onto our development road in front of our mailbox for hours and found a total of 17 nails! First thing Fri morning I called into their office and was told someone is scheduled to come out Mon with a magnet...I said, no, we need someone ASAP (as we were already driving on our driveway and who knows how many more nails I was missing!) Why would our driveway be left like that for the whole weekend for us to be driving over it and not being cleaned off!!?? Shouldn't this be done like right after the job is completed??? After I called in, a very nice lady did tell me she'd get somebody out Fri afternoon. (which they did come then) I understand roofing is not an easy job at all but for all the money we pay for this service we just feel this definitely was unprofessional and unsatisfactory!

  Blocking me in cant get out its not very cool respect the rules of the road ruining bussiness for an easy brake park right also you left your vehcile idling

  Hi Muhammadsohail - It's pretty hard to respond on a platform that we don't utilize. We do not pay for or use Home Advisor in any capacity so I think you may have your companies mixed up.   I called them about gutters, they were recommended by friend and professional on the phone. After my quote I agreed to have them do the work but my down spouts would need moved from one side of the house to the other, no more material …

  I have used DePalma Roofing a number of times. Very professional and finished the roofing in one day with inspection the following day. Total clean up; the shingles and nails perfectly around my home .You will be very happy with price and quality of DePalma!

  The roofing job was done to my satisfaction. I would have liked a little better communication process once the job was completed since I had some questions and I had to make a few phone calls to accomplish that otherwise the rating would have been 5 stars

  Our new roof installed by DePalma about two weeks ago looks good, we heard compliments from the neighbors . The process was smooth and pleasant, we were timely updated. The representative -Bill, who came for initial appointment was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. The team was professional, the site was cleaned using magnets to remove nails. I highly recommend

  DePalma was great from the estimate and scheduling process to the actual work. We had our roofing replaced, many new gutters and gutter covers and new shutters installed. They cleaned up after each item of installation and the site was checked several times to ensure it was clean. I had several DePalma employees stop back after completion to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend DePalma!

  DePalma Roofing had great communications, Efficient, great workmanship. Ensured that not only was the work completed as ordered, they also ensured that all landscaping was not harmed during the process. Pleasant workers, Roof, gutters, leaf guard and downspouts look great! It is nice to know that this roof will most likely outlive us.
