  Unfortunately, our experience was not as good as others. The work itself was fine and was done professionally. The problem was with the project manager. There were constant delays and excuses. Updates were weeks apart and sometimes it seemed like he forgot altogether. I worked in the home construction industry for over a decade so I'm very familiar with the process, contractors and delays. The issues we experienced were simply due to poor project management, nothing more. After months of dealing with these issues, we hired another company to finish the job.

  We had an excellent experience with Stronghouse Roofing from start to finish. Collin Grosskoph led the project, and went above and beyond our expectations. The team was professional, punctual and clear in the communication, and the whole project went seamlessly. They worked directly with our insurance company for a full tear off on our house and sheds. They finished the job in just a day and a half. Their 25 year guarantee gave us great confidence with choosing them. I’ve been in the construction business my whole life and truly appreciate the craftsmanship that this crew delivered. They were courteous, answered all of our questions and made the entire process stress-free. Our new roof looks fantastic and we feel confident the job was done right. I highly would recommend Stronghouse Roofing for reliable, honest, high-quality roofing work. We can’t stop looking at our new roof!!

  Collin Grosskopf did am excellent job of making sure the roofing on my garage & house were done the right way. He checked to make sure the workers did the job the way it was supposed to be done. He checked everything after the workers were done. Collin made sure the workers haf cleaned up after the roofing was done.Collin was very helpful helping me choose what roofing explained what was going to get done. I would recommend Collin & the company Option Exteriors now STRONGHOUSE to anybody..Thank you

  We recently had our roof and siding replaced after a hailstorm and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scott at Options went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with quality and efficiency. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we understood everything before it was done, from the day of the storm to the day of final payment. Scott’s communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire project smooth and stress-free. The work was completed quickly, and the results look fantastic.

  Options Exteriors from La Crosse, WI. completed a roof replacement project at our home after the hail storm in late April 2025. Our Salesman and Project Manager was Mikie Hansen. A true gentleman, he handled our job very professionally, answered all our questions, offered us options helped us select products,met with our insurance adjuster, completed the job on time as he promised and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. No delays, no hassles, just a great job. Thank you Mikie and our hats off to Options Exteriors, a first class Company.

  I am most pleased with the timeliness and quality of my new roof. I was given a fair, comprehensive estimate of the work needed. The crew came, worked very hard, cleaned up, and left the same day. Outside of a spare nail, they followed up on every item of work. I would highly recommend Scott Siver and Options Exteriors for any roofing needs.

  Options Exteriors out of La Crosse was absolutely amazing to work with after I had storm damage to my house! I was a complete stress case trying to navigate the whole process and deal with the insurance company. Bryan’s knowledge, generosity of time, and genuine kindness immediately put me at ease! He went above and beyond to help me manage the whole situation before, during and after the project. The work by Options Exterior is nothing but exceptional! Everything was completed in one day without so much as a flower being broken! In a neighborhood where everyone is getting work done on their homes due to the storm, Options Exteriors work ethic, quality, and prompt communication stands out above all the rest!   Thank you Jake Hutchinson! He and Options Exteriors literally saved us from our insurance company refusing to acknowledge the damage and replace my roof. Baseball sized hail had crushed the shingles, and destroyed my gutters. Insurance denied bids from three different contractors for various ridiculous reasons. Options Exteriors took over and the problem was solved! I asked Jake why the insurance suddenly agreed, and he told me it's because of the companies size and their power to litigate with non compliant insurance companies. I quit my job as a truck driver, and now work for Options Exteriors. My main goal is to prevent home owners from having the same year long struggle with their insurance company.
