Inconsiderate of neighboring homes! Start working @ 0730, leave at 1100. Return re 3 pm to start again till dusk. Have blocked our alley also & have vehicles on the no parking side.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Our intentions aren't to be inconsiderate. Our guys start early and work late. We have a responsibility to our fellow Floridians to help as many of them get their homes put back together as possible. There are homes destroyed and people don't feel secure. We're working weekends as well. Not because we're trying to be inconsiderate, but because we are contributing to society. Guilty as charged!

Not happy with the individuals that came out to my house and stated I had a leak that was not caused by the hurricane. I never had the leak before. The hurricane hit and now I have a leak. That is a hurricane doing wind damage to my roof and causing a leak.

  Reply from the business

When we examined the entire roof we didn’t find any direct cause of loss from Hurricane Ian to the roof. The leak appeared to come from the dead valley and was more than likely attributed to the strong wind pushing the rain into an area that wasn’t properly sealed where there were repairs that were previously made. Again there wasn’t any visible damage to the roof, which was explained to you when the crew was on site.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-STAR REVIEW FOR TYLER POWERS & STRATEGIC ROOFING! 🏠 We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tyler Powers, our Sales Project Coordinator, and he was truly ABOVE AND BEYOND from start to finish! Tyler was professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—never pushy or “salesy.” He actually listened to us, understood our concerns, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. With a roofing project having so many moving parts, there were a few normal miscommunications along the way, but every time we reached out, Tyler was immediately available by phone and addressed things in record timing. That kind of communication is priceless! Tyler is also a local homeowner himself, which made a huge difference. He truly understands what it feels like to make a major investment in your home and put himself in our shoes. He was such a blessing to work with, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering a roofing project! The entire Strategic Roofing crew was also incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They did an amazing job keeping everything safe and clean throughout the process—and even took the time to understand that we have dogs and needed to let them out for potty breaks during the day. 🐶❤️ They were thoughtful about keeping the dogs and the work area safe, and when they finished, they really left everything looking like they had never been there! 🏠 What We Had Done Strategic Roofing replaced our entire roof system, including our metal roof and two flat roof sections, and our shed. They: ✔️ Removed the old roofing shingles ✔️ Re-nailed the decking to Florida code ✔️ Installed new underlayment ✔️ Added a solar attic fan ✔️ Installed a custom 26-gauge standing seam metal roof ✔️ Replaced both flat roofs with new TPO systems ✔️ Added insulation, new drip edge, and vents ✔️ Handled all permitting ✔️ Completed thorough cleanup Everything was done professionally, met Florida code, and came with solid mater
