  Very poor customer service. We have called several times to get them to respond to damage found in the ceiling, and they haven't been able to return our calls. So far, they haven't resolved anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  I took considerable time to prepare this review to ensure it was accurate and fair. We contracted with Ridge Max Roofing in Tampa to replace our existing shingle roof with a metal roof on our large farmhouse-style home, seeking a long-term upgrade with a lifetime guarantee. The project cost was significant—nearly six figures—and we were promised a 6–7 day installation by a highly experienced, professional metal roofing crew. The initial sales experience with Mike was positive. He was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, execution fell far short of what was sold. What was represented as a one-week project extended to nearly a month. The assigned supervisor, Eduar, spent limited time actively supervising the work, frequently remaining in his truck on the phone or managing repeated trailer issues in and out of our driveway. The crew itself was subcontracted, had completed only four metal roofs prior to ours, spoke no English, and lacked basic equipment—including ladders—which they repeatedly took from our property without permission until Ridge Max was contacted directly. Jobsite cleanliness and safety were unacceptable. Our pool and lanai were left covered in debris that we ultimately had to clean ourselves. The crew regularly worked after dark on a steep roof using cell phones for light, creating a serious safety concern that required intervention. Beer cans were later found on our property, which the supervisor acknowledged purchasing for the crew. Communication deteriorated after the first few days when Ridge Max reduced crew resources and continued to supply faulty equipment. Promised timelines were repeatedly missed, and concerns were consistently raised without meaningful resolution. We were pressured into purchasing attic fans with the assurance they would be installed at no charge; however, installation was delayed for weeks and nearly placed in a highly visible front-facing location rather than the agreed-upon rear placement.   I’d been trying to communicate with someone from your company with no success at all. We are paying more for electricity than before panels were installed. We are trying to get someone to visit and check the installation with no one taking care of this. Extremely poor customer service.

  They destroyed my property.They were told by building inspector and myself to cover roof because its going to rain. But they didn't listen and its rained. Water got into my Florida room and damage my computer, printer, ceiling tile and I had an antique chair from the 1870 era and got water stains on it. They also damaged all my gutters. Left holes in my skffits and dormer. They have yet made an effort to fix or pay for any damages. Don't get your roof done by this company. Buyer. Beware I had no leaks in my Florida room until they put the news roof on. There boss is so chicken shut he couldn't even come out and inspect the damages. It took them 5 months just to come out and repair the damages they did to all my gutters. Thats because I wouldn't pay them loan company Amy money until all damdgds have been fixed and they still aren't getting paid because this company has committed fraud and forgery. My next step I'd to go to the FBI and police and press charges on them for fraud and forgery. This company sucks. Buyer beware.

  Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The customers office computer is set up on an enclosed porch that had existing leaks before starting the roof replacement. The customer still owes us money for plywood. We believe this is an attempt to negotiate a settlement.

  Had appt, no show, call back, get answering service Call. Somebody then text me (could never talk to someone from the actual company, said they would be out the next day, no call no show. Terrible.

  They set up AND CONFIRMED an appointment for an inspection and estimate on my roof today. NO SHOW AND NO CALL! I would not rely on this company for anything!

  Had my roof installed yesterday, and everything went great! The crew arrived at 6:50 in the morning and didn’t leave until around 7:30 in the evening. They worked for two days and did an amazing job. The first day, they removed everything and cleaned up so nicely. The next day, they came back, continued the work, and finished the project. Brian, the foreman, was there the entire time overseeing everything, which I really appreciated. So far, so good! I love being able to have everything done by one great team—solar panels, roofing, and now my AC. Thank you, guys! I’m so glad we met. It has been a great transition, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything has come together.

  So with all this rain we’ve been getting my roof has been leaking and I was talking to my neighbor and he said they did his roof and they did a great job so I called them up they came out told me what I needed I didn’t feel like I got over sold it was actually cheaper then I thought it was going to be which caught me by surprise so I was a little worried but everything came out great I would 100 percent recommend them.

  Bryan was assisting us on getting a quote to do a roof shingles replacement, and, he provided a very professional service regarding that. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided a good amount of details to make us feel comfortable about possibly doing business with him/RidgeMax Roofers.

  Considering what we had to go through after the two hurricanes in 2024 in Seminole, Florida RidgeMax roofing was the only company at this point that performed flawlessly with no problems. They Were there quickly got everything done well. They went out of there way for us. Staff was amazing ,dealt with our insurance company. They were the first company to respond and finish all the work .They waited for the insurance money, they were there from the first days to cover the roof and then prepare roof and finish one stop shopping. We were so pleased. Our roof was only two years old until those hurricanes hit .The first company we had do Our roof was a nightmare. We had leaks and leaks and leaks. Their service was terrible and we paid an exorbitant price. I want to thank everybody from RidgeMax roofing for easing so much tension and pressure off of us. The Falco family thanks you so much. I can’t recommend this company enough the stress of what we had to go through was incredible and so far they’ve been the only contractor that has made it enjoyable for us to do business with them thank you Tyler and all your Staff.

  I don’t trust anyone on my roof after I have had multiple negative experiences with other roof repair companies. John Do is the only one I’ll allow on my roof. I’m so happy I found Ridge max! They have been prompt at service but John Do is the real star.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
