After 4 months of begging the company to fix the counterflashing they mistakenly put on the outside of my house it still needs to be painted to return it to how it was before their mistake. This was only addressed because the inspector made him come see the problems himself. However the CEO says “we are done” and unwilling to pay to paint after promising they would once I paid for the remainder of my job. Definitely a mistake to have trusted him and Hannah on this. Also the paint on the metal roof is all scratched and needs to be painted per other experienced roof companies to avoid issues with the warranty. Can you please address my issues?

  Reply from the business

Jenean, I’m truly sorry for the long delay and for how this has been handled—this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have with RoofSource Inc. The counterflashing placement and the remaining paint work, along with the reported scratches on the metal roof, need to be reviewed and addressed properly. Please contact our office with your address and best callback number so we can schedule a site visit and work toward a resolution.

RoofSource was fantastic to work with. I had few requests from insurance with a relatively tight deadline and RoofSource was able to get it all done on time, for a competitive price. Any time I needed paperwork or had a question I got an answer the same day normally within an hour. Workers for the roof arrived exactly on time and were as non-disruptive as could be for installing a roof. I would recommend RoofSource to just about anyone.

Anthony, thank you for the great review—I'm thrilled we could meet your insurance requests on a tight deadline and still keep everything competitively priced. We’re glad our team stayed responsive with paperwork and questions, and that the crew showed up on time and kept the roof install as smooth and non-disruptive as possible.

This company was so amazing to work with!! The crew that did my roof were awesome, very hard workers that leave your yard the same way they found it. Not a single roofing nail was left behind!!! Hannah in the office was wonderful also. Honestly, I had a lot of different companies come by to give me a quote and they were very aggressive and pushy but when Kevin and Matt were here giving me a quote they were not pushy at all!! I highly recommend using this company if you need a new roof!!
