  An ABSOLUTE don't! Hire a lawyer before you hire JCJONES.. Thee worst customer service I've had in 25yrs of owning my home. You stand warned!!! Shabby work.

  Roof leaked after 10 days Tyler came caulked flashing because it never got replaced still leaked told me crew would be out to replace to this day never did now my ceiling as you can see has damage Tyler took pics of ceiling when he came out months ago. Also Frank called me cussing me out because I asked Tyler to help me and blocked me. I referred Beth Hewitt 2 days after my roof was done before it leaked never got the 250 referral. Bad business in my eyes left several messages no return calls. It’s been a year now. Left messages sent estimates to Eric ceiling with. Sam. Still no check said they would take care of it. Contacting the better business bureau and attorney in November if not fixed. It’s a shames was told four months ago after they fixed roof that ceiling would be fixed. I’m really disappointed thought they would keep there word

  Incredibly overpriced for repairs. Sales man types just want to replace roof.

  Lack of communication. In the begining JC Jones was great. We were able to check in with each other one the progress every month or so, so I never really stressed if I didn't get an answer back. It's going on 3 months of calling once every two weeks and still not getting a response from anybody. I'm a busy person, I don't make myself annoyed with constant phone calls or blowing somebody's phone up. Do yourself a favor and find a roofing company that has been in business 20+ years and doesn't have a turn around on sales representatives because my sales rep was there one day and gone the next. This is a trend with poorly managed roofing companies. Companies that keep their employees to stick around are the roofing companies that actually know how to run a business.

  Contacted them to inspect, received call saying they'd come to estimate, BUT THAT WAS IT! Called again,, but no answer. If they didn't want job or have time, fine & just say so. Bad business practice! UPDATE 7/23/2023- received call today apologizing for not replying back in June. Understand scheduling issues can happen & thus upgrade to two-star. Wish it had worked out better.

  They helped us by submitting to our insurance company and navigating the difficult process with insurance. They even helped by resubmitting when insurance was not going to cover most of the costs. We ended up only a few grand out of pocket instead of the initial payment of less than half. Happy to use them for our install when they helped out. Ty was a big help also, by answering many random questions I had throughout the process as a 1st time homeowner. Very helpful and would recommend them to anyone needing help.
