We have some issues with the work they did and they never got back and responded to us to go fix it. I figured they could fix it when they come do the other job I asked them to quote but they won’t even send the quote after following up many times for a few months…be weary if they offer a warranty as they likely will never honour it.

Happy to have called Terry when I had a leak in my ceiling due to issues in roof above. Terry came the same day , even though it being a weekend and helped address it. Also sent in his crew a day later to fix other issues. IMO, Terry and his team are honest and straightforward. Would recommend them for any roofing work.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Straight Arrow Roofing and especially Terry Tai for the exceptional service they provided to my 92-year-old mother. When we found ourselves in a difficult situation and needed roofing assistance on very short notice, Terry Tai stepped up without hesitation. Despite the last-minute request and the challenges that come with rearranging a busy schedule, he went above and beyond to help us. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for our family. Knowing that someone was willing to take the time to assist an elderly person in need speaks volumes about his character and the values of his company. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Terry Tai and his team truly saved the day. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Straight Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and compassionate service. Thank you again for your outstanding work and for treating my mother with such care and respect.

I had Straight Arrow Roofing do the roof at my cottage and they did such a great job that I had them back to close in a bathroom window replace a skylight and do the siding at my house. Terry was awesome to deal with and always kept me updated on what was going on. The work looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Straight Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and great communication.

Terry and his colleague were fantastic! He was honest and gave me a couple of different options for the repair of my leaking skylight. They were very punctual which is impressive in this or any other home repair industry. I highly recommend this company!
