  Original Post: 8/4 We called Storm Works on a recommendation from a friend. Mary was great to talk to on the phone and Gordy came out the next day to view our house and talk about work to be done. The next week Sean came out to give a second opinion and help get together an estimate. Both Sean and Gordy we on time for the appointments and seemed very knowledgeable. Sean told us it would take about a week to have an estimate ready. That was on April 26th and we have never received even an estimate. We have called the office numerous times and left countless messages and no one has gotten back to us. I am thankful that we actually don't have issues with our house and were only looking for upgrades because I would hate to have a leaky roof and have an unresponsive contractor - or maybe that's the only time this company does respond?! Lost a customer here! UPDATED 8/10 Since posting my review we have received calls daily from Gordy following up on our estimate. We have finally received our estimate for our roof and siding. Not sure if we will be moving forward at this time.

  We apologize that you did not receive the initial estimate that we emailed on June 10th. After speaking with your Mom we discovered we had a typo in the email address that went into our system in which the original estimate was sent to. After realizing this we corrected the email address and sent the estimate back out within 24 hours. I'm not sure which number was used to reach out to us, but the company number 844-786-7696 which is attended to 24 hours a day by a live person and all calls are monitored and tracked and we have no record of anyone from your phone numbers or address coming through the service other than your initial call to schedule an appointment. Again we apologize for the confusion & wish you the best

  EDIT 12/1/2020: The owner has responded to say they never heard from me. This is a lie. I have attached a picture of my call log. I called Storm Works about a leak in my roof. I was asked to provide a lot of information including my email and told someone would call me. I waited until about 4:00, did not receive a call back so I called again and explained that I was quite concerned about the leak as a storm was coming in and all I wanted was an idea of when I could expect to hear from them. The receptionist told me they were actually just a phone service, did not have access to a schedule, but would pass along that info and ask someone from Storm Works to call me with an estimated timeline. Note that at this point, I'm only asking them to call me to tell me when they might call me again to talk about my roof. So it doesn't seem like much to ask for! However I never heard back. Because I wasted the day waiting for Storm Works I did not have someone else lined up and when it rained later the leak caused more damage to my house. It has been several days now and I still haven't heard from Storm Works. I called another roofing company where a person who actually worked for the company immediately answered and agreed to come look at my roof the next day. I am really irritated that I had to provide so much information including my email to Storm Works (which I'm sure they will use to spam me with ads) when they did not even give me the courtesy of calling to say they were not going to be able to help me. If you urgently need a roofer I recommend you move on and do not waste your time and frustrate yourself by calling this place.

  Absolutely avoid them! They didn’t respond to any of my calls after the inspection it was a completely disappointment and lost of time. 100% not recommended!!!!! Don’t trust on the free inspection... they have no word

  I had Sean and his team repair the old roof of my West Roxbury home back in 2017. They were a very quick and professional crew. I am glad he is still in business as I read these great reviews because as I've downsized and moved, I plan on calling him to replace the roof on my new residence.

  Storm Works did an excellent job on our full roof replacement. They also advised on unexpected conditions they discovered during installation and provided thoughtful recommendations and solutions. The final installation looks great and the crew did a thorough job of preparation and cleanup. Their warranty is also a sign of their confidence in their work. I highly recommend the team at Storm Works

  I highly recommend Storm Works for your roofing project. Great communication, complete job took 1.5 days because it was 100+ degrees, but the team worked hard to complete the job. Fantastic job and clean up was superb. In and out and I now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood :>). Since you are only going to door your roof once in your lifetime, use Storm Works to ensure that it is done once and done right. Thanks team!

  The Storm Works team has replaced the roofs at 4 different houses in the past 3-4 years for me. The team provided reasonable quotes quickly, did a high-quality job at each house, and completed everything on schedule as planned. Everyone was professional, responded to my questions quickly, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at each site. Thank you very much, Sean and PJ! I would highly recommend Storm Works.

  Sean and his team did a great job replacing our roof. The quoting process was thorough and he caught a couple of issues that other quotes missed. The work was promptly scheduled and the team finished the work on time, and took care to protect the house during the project. I think they charged a fair price for the work that was done and would recommend them for future projects.
