  Classic bait and switch. Web says"we do roof repairs" as well as customer service. Tech up front when he called to schedule evaluation saying we only do full roof replacements when roof more than 15 yrs old. I didn't schedule an appointment.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt this way about the interaction, as that was certainly not our intention. When our technician reached out to confirm the appointment, you kindly provided photos of the area in question. Based on those, the roof appeared to have older three-tab shingles, which often indicates a roof that may be 20+ years old. The photo also showed moss, tree debris, and some shingles lifting or curling near the wall area. In an effort to be upfront and transparent, our technician explained that the area may not be serviceable in a way that we could confidently warranty. Rather than perform a temporary repair that might fail, we wanted to be honest that a larger repair or replacement of that section could potentially be needed. Ultimately, you did not want to keep the appointment, so we were not able to inspect the roof in person or provide a final recommendation. We always try to stand behind our work and do what is best for the homeowner, even if that means having a difficult conversation before any work is done. As such, we believe your characterization of our interaction with you as a "bait and switch" is both unfair and unfounded.   Had a terrible experience, it’s pouring rain and I have huge drops coming over the sides - I think this is a front company - they don’t do the work they just sub it out. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.

  I want to start this by saying I hate to leave a bad review for any reason but this is a buyer beware. Everything went wrong from beginning to end. The owner seems like a nice guy and tried to make things right, even gave us a slight discount. Honestly, I would’ve preferred to pay full price and have everything done as promised. We were told, ‘this was considered an easy job but we definitely dropped the ball and will learn from what went wrong’. Ugh!

And for projects like yours, there is sometimes a "punch list" at the end, and we felt we took care of those items when they were brought to our attention.   Mighty Dog Roofing is an excellent company. Wonderful experience from time of inspection and quote to roof completion. Owner and crew where so professional and easy to work with, I had all my questions ( and there was a lot of them) answered before and during the job. They took drone photos during removal, repair and replacement process which was very cool to see. Highly recommend this company

  Entire experience was excellent. They scoped the job with a roofing expert that leveraged drones, provide a very fair price, were able to schedule it quickly, and crew did an excellent job with the installation.

  Anthony was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful as we needed to have my late mother’s roof looked at for her potential buyers. He met me at her home in Natick, inspected the inside and attic and sent a drone to identify the issue. The work was done as promised. We also had Might Dog Roofing replace our roof last year and were impressed with their work and how great the roof looks now.

  These folks are 100% professional. Zero BS detailed estimates, with top quality materials and workmanship and an excellent warranty.
