  Used Storm for a complete new Tile Roof about 8 years ago. Horrible job with numerous crews switching off. Damage to pool equipment, screens etc nails left in yard, still pick one up 8 yrs late, just plain bad hopefully they improved PS: Has 5-6 repairs done since their poor installation here in the TARA subdivision Storm owner asked why I did not call them back...go figure

While we do not offer tile roof replacement, we are experts in tile roof repair! We also offer various other types of roof replacement including affordable metal options.   BEWARE: Don't expect these guys to ever call you back after the job has completed - even if it means more paid business for them, or especially if you are having problems. Once they are gone, they are never to be seen again! We had to beg them to even answer a simple email. Do NOT recommend.

  Good Morning Roy, I apologize sincerely for this. We have been extremely busy with all the recent storms including the tropical storm we had last weekend. If I was unable to answer, I was on the other line helping a customer and with the amount of calls we have been receiving sometimes a person will fall in the cracks. Please keep in mind that we are a small company with one person answering phone and two estimators, we are trying our best. I do not have record of your name or number for us to contact you back.   I had my flat roof repaired by this company five months ago it has never stopped leaking they have been out a few times to try and fix the problem with no success!! The owner apparently gave up, and won’t return phone calls left many messages!! Will never use this company again!!

  We are sorry for your experience as we were dealing with a hurricane. We did state on the estimate that we would try a few times to come fix the issue and after no avail, we let you know it was something unrelated to the roof as we did our best to find the issue.

  I called and left a message. Barry called me back the same day. He said he was in the area and could stop by in an hour. I explained to him that my husband and I work and that my husband would be home after a certain time that day and a specific time the next. He said ok, I will let you know when I will come. No call that day but then the next day around 4:50pm (20 minutes after I told them I could meet them) Tyler called me and said he was leaving south Venice & could head to my house in north Sarasota then. I told him I was already out of my house. He said ok no problem, can you meet tomorrow after work. I told him that would be great! The time we set up to meet came & went, no Tyler and no phone call. About 2 hours after he was supposed to show up, he called and apologized said they were short handed. Asked if I could meet yesterday, I said that would be fine but was a little skeptical because of what happened, he assured me that he would be there. Well, yesterday has come & gone, Tyler did not show up and still has yet to call.

  Not indicative of how we do business just look at the rest of the reviews. Btw, we aren’t perfect but we try as hard as we can. This coming from someone we never did work for!

  I saved 2 years to pay for a new roof. I shopped carefully or so I thought. Their salesman/owner, Alex, sold me on the job by saying what I wanted to hear (about how they would replace all rotten wood at cost plus labor). however what his team delivered was nowhere close. He did not even bother to check the job of his team even once! His team tore off the old roof just before it rained and did not cover it as I was assured would happen in the case of rain, so my bare, exposed, open roof got soaked in a torrential downpour. His team failed to remove the rotten wood from the fascia (talk about lazy) and replace it with new wood. (This was the main reason I hired Storm roofing). I brought this to Alex's attention repeatedly and since he did not even bother to check the job once, it was completely ignored by the lazy roofing team. So I had a nearly 10K roof installed over ROTTEN wood. Unfortunately I had to work during this installation time, but I assure you, I will never trust a "professional" team again without personally micromanaging them myself. Shoddy, crappy work that will need to be replaced by some who is actually professional and actually cares about people. BTW, I am a woman who feels grossly taken advantage of. Buyer beware!!! Alex's remedy for this gross injustice was to send someone out 2 months later to replace one tiny piece of wood instead of the rotting perimeter. Extreme laziness and greed - I'm still angry!!!

  Calls go straight to voicemail, then they dont return your call. Its been more than 10 days. I will find someone else.....reply, wasnt a reroof, it was a simple leak, and you never returned the call or left a voicemail

  They responded quickly and arrived at my house. They performed an inspection and pointed out that the issue was not with my roof. So, they saved me money on re-roofing or doing an unnecessary repair. So there was no charge.

  I had a small repair that needed fixed on my 6 year old roof. After multiple roofing companies coming out and giving me quotes for new roofs, only 1 offered to repair it but wanted thousands of dollars and wouldn’t even tell me how many shingles needed replaced. Storm roofing did the repair that my roof needed and at a substantially lower rate than other roofers wanted. The repair looks great! I couldn’t be happier with Storm Roofing.

  Jackie and Mike are amazing. I called Wednesday needing a shingle repair - very small job - for my insurance company and was under a deadline. Storm Roofing was recommended and I called and Mike answered immediately and then he arranged to get my house in the schedule for the very next day and now on Friday I have a repaired shingle, photos and the cost was very fair. I definitely adding Storm Roofing and Repair to your contacts and call them any time you need your roof cared for.

  They came out promptly and showed up on time and ready to help! They found some caulking that had peeled back and did the repair on the spot. Highly recommend them if you have an issue with your roof!

  We enjoyed an excellent experience with Storm Roofing and Repair through the following process on our home which we recently moved into: - clear and concise communication with the front desk staff to arrange an estimate for a “roof repair tune-up and pressure wash”. - James, the owner, the next morning arrived to do the inspection and estimate. He saw no concerns with respects to tile damage after thorough inspection and didn’t push for anything unnecessary…which I appreciated. - The pressure wash was done a few days later as scheduled… no chemicals used as we wanted. It was done very well through the AM hours. They left the job with a perfect clean up. Highly recommend this company!
