  Julia does not respond to emails for insurance claims. Very bad customer support.

  Wasted my time over 2 months of back and forth, I needed repairs done after a storm and they reached out to me. I ended up choosing them for repairs and was confident in them to get the job done, so after 2 months of me chasing the contractor assigned to me he told me to “take his bid out of the hat”, what a waste of my time, nice people but ridiculous to have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

Quality repairs can be expensive with structural issues such as yours and short cuts to save money often lead to future issues.   Great experience from start to finish. Quick and excellent communication and guidance on getting our roof replaced. Chelsey was able to come out for an inspection the same day I contacted them. The whole process, from initial contact to job completion, took about 2 weeks. Very thorough service and quality workmanship.

  I had a great experience with Aaron Dunn and Project One for my new roof. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel confident throughout the process. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. They finished much faster than expected and left our property clean. The new roof looks fantastic, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Project One to anyone needing roofing work.

  Aaron came out to work on my neighbors house whose house got hit by a tree. He came over to mine to do a free inspection. I appreciate the customer service and honesty! I’ll work with them whenever we have an issue that comes out

  I had a great experience working with Chelsey from Project One Roofing. She was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. She even met with me at my convenience to go over shingle colors so I could get exactly what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Chelsey and Project One Roofing!

  Project one roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. The roofing crew was professional and courteous . They cleaned up the smallest piece of debris when they finished. The job was completed in one day. Candice and Jason stayed on top of the job from start to finish. Highly recommend.

  Project One Roofing did an amazing job on my roof, it was replace completely and they started early in the morning and by 5:30pm my whole roof was done! Great staff and workers are very professional and I’m very pleased and happy! Thanks for a job week done!
