  I couldn't even give this business a 0. I paid 650.00 to fix my roof leak and what I got was a tarp hammered down with long nails and a estimate for 10,000.00 for a new roof not taking the 650 off that I just paid them. They get a -0-. And if the owner thinks he can put his hands on me to boot. I wish them nothing

  We're sorry that you've had this experience. As a long-time, reputable Jacksonville roofer, we hate to hear that people in our community are treated this way. However, reviewing our records, I don't see that we have any customers with this name in our system nor have we have provided any tarping services to any customers for $650. If you feel like our records are incorrect, please call our office and asked to speak with the office manager so that we can try and help you resolve this issue. If someone is impersonating us and offering you bad service, we want to correct this. Again, I'm sorry that you had this experience and hope that you are able to rectify this with the company that treated you so poorly.

Because our project managers have pre-set appointments initiated by the homeowner, I believe this is a case of mistaken identity.   Our home was damaged by Hurricane Matthew and we received a quote from Benton Integrity Roofing. We could not execute a contract due to delays by our insurance company. We finally received funding post Hurricane Irma (which did not do any additional damage to our roof). We went to the Benton office to pick a shingle color and leave a deposit. We were then told that they would have to requote the project as there had been some price increases. No problem, we understand that it had been 8-9 months since the previous quote. That was until the price gouging hit. Magically, a job that was quoted in the $13,500 range was now over $18,000. A 25% increase. It was pretty obvious that they were looking to capitalize on the biggest and easiest roofing jobs as a glut of folks now needed a new roof. We ended up with DUBO roofing, who honored their pre-second hurricane contract. Benton may do a good job, but integrity should not be part of their name. UPDATE: 4/15/18 A relative of mine was being pushed to install a new roof by her home insurer. Benton turned out to be one four roofers she contacted for estimates. All four companies, including Benton, told her that she really did not need a roof and that she had 5 – 10 years left on the current roof. Again all four companies offered to provide a letter of viability for her to provide to the home insurer. Three of the companies charged $100 - $125 for their letter, which is reasonable for the time they have into looking at the roof. Guess how much Benton wanted for the insurance letter. $500.00. Call that integrity?

  My shed needed a new roof and, once again, I contacted Benton. They provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work in one day. This is my third experience with them and I continue to be pleased with their pricing, thoroughness, and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

  I had a roof leak and was very concerned. I called Intedrity roofing Wade was able to come same day, inspected the roof, provided information that helped me make the best decision. Wade was very knowledgeable about the issue, identified the leak. They were able to fit me in the schedule for the repair within 2 days as they understood the need to have it fixed before the forecast rain. On the day of the repair they called after checking the radar and rain forecast for the day. They arrived in time, made rhe repair cleaned everything up before they left. They were careful of the property. Thank you for excellent local business service.

  Benton Integrity did a wonderful job on our roof. They came when they were expected and finished our roof in two days. They cleaned everything up wonderfully. I would recommend them even though I took one star away because they were expensive but maybe that is today's prices.

  Integrity Roofing did an excellent job explaining the options for my roof replacement. Communication was excellent regarding the schedule for delivery of materials, dumpster and the actual work day. Excellent clean-up upon completion. Definitely would use Integrity Roofing again.
