Came to door, said I had some shingles blowing on a windless day and a tight roof which I had been up on the week before. Completely bogus claim.

Hi Tom, we’re sorry for your experience. However, the person you described was not from Step Up Roofing & Masonry. Unfortunately, someone appears to have used our company name without authorization. We would never make false claims about a roof’s condition. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss this further.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Step Up Roofing & Masonry. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
