  Absolutely terrible service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise others to be very careful and think twice before hiring them. I would not recommend this company and personally would stay away from their services.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. They started work on my home but were unable to complete the job, and a significant amount of work was still left unfinished. Despite completing only a small portion of the work, they had already taken approximately $2,000 CAD as an advance payment. After receiving the advance payment, they stopped responding to my calls and I have not been able to get a proper response from them. I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to others. If you are considering hiring them, make sure everything is clearly agreed upon in writing before making any advance payment.

  I spoke to Ken on the phone because there was a hole in our roof. He said he'd come and have a look. He didn't. He also didn't come the next day. Later that day it rained .... a lot ... The water seeped into my attic and through the ceiling. I called him that night as well ... no response to calls or messages. His lack of professionalism has cost me likely over $1K in additional fixes. Not trustworthy!!!!!!!

  I got an appointment at 5pm for inspection, they come over around 2pm just coz they were "around the area". Total of 4 guys, 1 of them walks in around the house and checks the roof WITHOUT CONSENT! The others in the car are rushing to walk …

  Hi Ken here, While we were in the area, I called the number that was provided and asked if we could come earlier than 5pm, the address was provided beforehand and person agreed, with the stipulation that I would discuss with the dad at 5pm. We were given verbal consent to look at your house. Unfortunately you came out unaware that I had spoken to your sister (I assume) and caused a scene. I was just trying to do my job a bit earlier and be the first to provide a quote in this already competitive market. I wanted to be fully prepared to discuss with your dad. I completed my free inspection that was agreed upon, I could see that your roof was beyond a repair. I would need to write up and email a full quote. I called at 4:30 to let you know I would not be making it at 5pm. We provide quality work and fulfilled our commitment, unfortunately our interaction was something that I did not want to continue with as we work for people that communicate with respect.

  Ken and his team prioritized fixing my icy roof, eaves trough and ice build up during an emergency situation of having an active leak on two floors of my house. They were extremely professional, responsive and detailed. 10/10 experience in an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you Ken!

  When you need your modern day superman, you gotta call A-OK Roofing. Last August we experienced some leaking in the windows from massive rainstorms. We just could not figure out the source of the problem. Very recently we called A-OK Roofing, and within 24 hours they were onsite to investigate, identified the problems, and 24 hours later they were back onsite! Within one day, we had a new roof, and all the problems that created the leaks were immediately identified, corrected. Ken is very professional, approachable, super informative. We look forward to working with Ken and his team in the future as they provide many services that require skill and expertise. Thank you Ken and to your crew at A-OK Roofing!!

  My husband and I noticed a small leak in one of our bedrooms, so we reached out to A-OK Roofing to help diagnose the issue. Ken was super quick at returning my call and he stopped by the same day to take a look. We ended up having our roof re-shingled and new gutters installed the following week. He estimated that the job would take about 3 days but ended up finishing everything in 1.5! Most importantly, we had a few rainfalls since the job was done and there were no leaks in our home! The entire team was respectful, efficient, and hard working. The cost for everything was quite reasonable and he was super communicative throughout the entire process. He sent us pictures throughout the process which I found to be helpful. I couldn't ask for a better team of roofers! I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future regarding gutter cleaning and re-caulking when the time comes. Thanks guys!
