Buyer beware! This is an update from a five star review of this company after our roof was re:shingled 7 years ago. Homestars hasn't returned our calls and will not publish my updated review (I tried twice). They appear to have blocked me on their site as well. Shame on them. We contacted Three Bro Squirrels Roofing in May 2018 through Homestars, regarding re-shingling the roof of our home. The work was completed speedily and efficiently with a 12 year guarantee, and I was pleased to write a five star review on Homestars. We also had the gutters replaced shortly after, on Toni's recommendation (we used another contractor for the gutters.) I noticed problems with the gutters this past summer, and contacted another Homestars contractor who did an inspection on October 24th 2024. Upon examination, it was discovered that the shingles had come apart and the wood beneath was rotting due to water seepage. There were holes in the roof which was shaking and about to collapse. It would not have survived the next snowfall. With the weather about to change, the first priority was to save our home. The guys worked 24/7 for a couple of days to strip the rotting shingles and wood, and replace the entire roof. I have saved samples of the rotting shingles, nails etc. I also have photographs and video footage of the poor workmanship, the holes, rot and overall damage to our roof. It took me couple of days of searching to locate Three Bros invoice. They were contacted via email and twice by phone. They were completely indifferent and refused to entertain any discussion. Insurance will not cover the repairs as the damage was caused by a contractor's faulty workmanship. The loss we sustained on our home due to the carelessness of this contractor was so great that we are putting the house up for sale and moving. We have neither the time, desire nor finances to get into legal battles, but I am posting this as a warning to make sure that no one else finds themselves in t

Wouldn't use them again for small fixes

Was not worth it in my opinion. Requested for a repair. They only replaced one or two shingles for 200$. He was literally up there for 3 minutes. It took him longer to get the ladder than duration on the roof. I had someone else come in to actually provide proper repair.

I did not have a good experience at all. After a heavy wind storm several houses on our street had shingles lifted up, my neighbor had called this company and they came out to look at his roof. One of my neighbors also had shingles lifted up we went asked him to take a look and price the damage. For my house, he said he could fix everything for $500.00 cash but i needed to make a decision he didn't have very much time. I don't think he gave me 2 minutes, its almost like he knew a storm was coming. So i said yes, gave him the cash and he was up there less then 3 minutes. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of people in a situation.

I recently had my roof replaced by 3 Bros Squirrel Roofing—Greg, Tony, and Co.—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my home. They showed up on time, explained every step clearly, and worked with a level of care that’s honestly rare these days. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding—the roof looks fantastic, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, too, leaving my property spotless. It’s obvious these guys know their craft and genuinely want their customers to feel confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for a roofing team you can trust, 3 Brothers Roofing is the one. They did a great job on my home, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

We had a great experience working with Three Bro Squirrels Roofing. They came highly recommended from friends and pricing aligned with our budget for our roofing project, which included flat roofing, shingled, and installation of a skylight. Greg was always responsive to any questions we had along the way, and was very diligent in documenting the process. They did an excellent job with cleanup at the end. I would definitely use them again in the future!
