We are very grateful that Jaicob and Dave repaired our roof. They dependably showed up each morning and worked diligently so that the whole project was completed in five days. I appreciate also that Jaicob was able to move another client so that he could accommodate our tight timeline. Communication on pricing and issues was very clear. We highly recommend Step By Step Roofing! Aileen & Stew

Jaicob and his Team were back to put on a steel roof this November 2024. They are extremely professional, excellent communication and really pride themselves on the amazing work they do. A couple of years ago they installed brand new eaves, soffit and fascia and zero issues with that work also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

From 1st contact, I was sent emails with updates. They completed the work in time allotted, and insured no screws on yard (we have a dog). Since that time, heat costs have decreased and we no longer know when it rains (house is now quieter). You would be wise to them for their quality work. Full peace of mind.

Jaicob and team did a great job installing eavestrough and downspouts at my home. The team was efficient and they cleaned the job site properly when done. Communication was also great. No hesitation recommending step by step rooking to anyone.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on STEP BY STEP ROOFING INC.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
