  Had an appointment with chris jones to get some work done around my chimmey and he no showed on the appointment after i confirmed that i would be there with the 24 hour notice they gave me , tryed calling half hour after set appointment to see where he was no anwser on there buisness line and the other numbers that were provided were dead lines, as being in the service trades a call saying would be late or unable to make it would have been appreciated instead of me waiting around

  They came to recaulk my skylight window charged me over $800 and didn’t fix the problem. Contacted them 2 months after I found it leaking again and they have said I need to pay an additional $800 again! Should have been done right the first time. From my camera footage they were literally here for 5 minutes. So upset and would not recommend them to anyone for business.

  Called and ask for a quote in October. They were very fast to come out and take a look. They never sent us a quote as requested after they left. After 5 months of waiting and 4 phone calls, we got every excuse given to us ie. they had an incorrect email, they misplaced our measurements etc. Finally they arranged to have someone come measure our house again, they never ended up showing up so I said forget about it. The communication is not very good and I’m not happy with the level of professionalism.

  I requested a quote June 6, and received a reply from Reece Jones in a few days. "Roger" came out to to take some measurement on June 28. On June 30 Reese promised a quote "next week". On July 25 Reece promised to "reach out" as soon as she had an update from the sales team. It is now October and we have a quote from another company.

  I contacted Moffatt brothers to come give me a quote on repairing the flashing around my chimney. Nick came and I was told I would get an email with the quote. I waited and I heard nothing. I finally contacted Brittany in the accounts department to get my quote. I was then contacted by Nick and he told me his emails were going to drafts, rather than being sent. So I then got the quote, signed and returned the contract. Then no one would answer me. I emailed both Nick and Brittany and was ignored. This dragged on for a month and a half, all the while my roof is leaking. Very poor customer service.

We strive every day to do the best we can for every customer or potential customer, no matter how big or small the project. There are no excuses to explain how or why this happened. But it did, and all we can do is offer you a heartfelt apology for our lack of communication. As businesses like ours grow, we can sometimes experience growing pains in our internal processes. This lack of communication should never have happened. But, please know that we have since implemented systems to avoid situations like this in the future.   My roof became a sieve and developed an indoor water feature in my dormer hallway. I reached out to 4 other companies who could not fix or advise me how to fix my roof. I called Moffatt Bros. Perry came out and took his time to talk to me about the issues and talk through potential ways to fix the roof without being pushy. Perry was honest, and kind and really listened with quick response times when I needed clarification or support. He came up with a plan and I decided to go ahead with it. The work crew were great. They were respectful, efficient and careful to protect the house while working. It's not quite finished yet but I wanted to say how grateful I am to deal with a professional company that provides such great service from quotation to final product. Thanks also to the office staff who were also easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend this company

  This company really helped me out. I bought a house that needed a roof and of course it rained almost every day until i took possession. Don came out and went out of his way to help me . Fit me in the next week and made sure roof was ok until they fixed it. Kayla was good to deal with in office. I would highly recommend this company

  Perry came to our home to help us resolve an ongoing basement window leak. He was very professional and honest, without trying to upsell. Notwithstanding sourcing leaks are always a challenge for any contractor, but his advice was logical and doable for any lay person. We would not hesitate to use Moffat for any future work.

  Perry came out to check our flat roof that has a leak. He gave us helpful tips to try and troubleshoot the issue without doing a full costly repair. I felt that he was honest and acted in our best interest unlike other roofers that might not spend the extra time to explain the options.
