Sam replaced a roof on my cottage and did an exceptional, meticulous and high quality job. His price was competitive and tied with the other company we talked to. He replaced a quarter of a shingle roof quickly. For our Neighbor doing a full re roof, he also really understood a structural issue and how to do a metal roof properly with full tear off, underlayment, flashing etc. Most metal roofers don’t assume they will tear off and repair underlying wood - and he’s does. He’s quality! And the same price with the better work! He is as good as it gets!

I hired Sam to do my roof last year, he did an amazing job so I recently hired him again for a smaller job. Sam works extremely hard and does it at a fair price. His work exceeded my expectations both times. If you need a new roof Sam is your guy.

Sam is your guy for roofing. He's a one-man show, so if you can book him, do it! He was on time, on budget, and the roof looks great. He even gave me a suggestion on an inexpensive shingle upgrade that added only $250 or so to the overall project for a shingle that is so much better. I would use him again!

When a potential client seeks out a roofing estimate. What's your main concern? 1. Price 2. Warranty 3. Products Do you ever take the time to research, who's going to be on your roof doing the installation? You would assume that if you see signs all over the planet there top notch. You never know who's going to be on your roof do you. Have you ever thought and answer your own question. Have you ever sold yourself to someone else? I'll answer that question with my own answer to my own question. I sell myself to other humans daily. I've been doing this for 40 years. There's no game here. I live breathe the oxygen just to sell myself to what I know, offer it for services to someone else's needs wishes. I hope you enjoy these photos.
