**Insurance claims beware** He outsourced the insurance job on my home. They reused old material when new was paid for, they spray painted my old vents to make them appear as new, yet charged my insurance for new. He was difficult to work with once I questioned the work. He drives a brand new truck..thanks to his unethical business practices. His sub contractors had nothing positive to say about him.

This is unfortunate. However, we do not outsource any of our roof work and we do not use subcontractors. I am curious to hear more and to rectify this situation promptly. Please contact our office manager at (530) 895-8970.

Company completed a less than par job. Found staples eveywhere on my property. Company spray painted used roof vents and claimed they were new. Requested correction and owner claimed this is their practice. SCAM!! They rec'd over in $10k via insurance.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Steele's Roofing Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
