  I wish I can give them a zero star! I called them today, and the lady answered phone was very rude and treated me like I am nothing , after learning my name she acted more then rude , it seems she is very racist! I was polite and still she hangs up the phone!

  Called in to get a roof quote the receptionist was very rude. as if me trying to get a quote was annoying her. not sure how they get business if customers attempting to get a quote get dismissed

  Horrible office staff & bad service. And they treat their employees AWFUL. Stay far away when needing your roof done / repaired- and especially stay away from employment here!

  Called and got somebody out to look at my roof fairly quick. Been over a week since the visit and no estimate in sight. Haven't even tried to contact me.

  We contracted with them to roof a house we're building. At the beginning of the job, unsupervised piece workers with a bad attitude started the work - badly. My husband called the office with his concerns, which were dismissed. During the second week of the install, they sent out someone who could see the problems, and come up with a plan to remedy. That plan wasn't followed. At the end of the next week, the owner came out and saw that things were even worse than he'd imagined. They had to tear off a large section of roofing and replace it, as well as make other corrections. By that time, some of the issues could not be fixed. The owner became increasingly frustrated and combative and Owens Corning, the roofing material manufacturer, will probably not warranty their material, because of "workmanship" issues with the install.

  If I could give a zero I would. Called on 12/14/2015 to have someone come out and look/repair a small leak from Sunday's rainstorm. When talking to the individual that answered the phone they said they could have someone there between 7am …

  Great experience! They were affordable compared to other companies and did an excellent job. They started the job 2 days after I agree to used them and I didn’t have any issues. It was a super smooth process , Would definitely recommend

  I have worked with Four Seasons roofing several times over the last 6 years. Each time is remarkable. I am fortunate enough to work with them in both their New construction development and residential roof replacement categories. They’ve always met every deadline that I have needed for new construction development and have far exceeded both my expectations and those of my clients anytime they are referred out for residential replacement. I have 15 years in the Home industry and recommend Four Seasons Roofing every chance.

  Four Seasons is one of the best roofing contractors in Chico. Locally owned and operated since the early 90’s, doing commercial and residential work. Would totally recommend to anyone wondering about which roofing company to choose from.
