Jc roofing broke the main support on my roofline, then proceeded to drop my entire hvac through my ceiling in my house, when the tried to fix it. They had multiple people step through my ceiling while walking on my rafters. I found empty beer bottles they dropped into my insulation when the roof was off. They left my roof uncovered for 3 weeks while there was no plywood, shingles, or even a tarp to protect it. To top it all off I recently replaced my ducting because it hasn’t been functional since then, when the company who performed the work pulled their permit they informed me that JC Roofing never closed the permit.

I was interested in getting a new roof and this company was installing a neighbor's roof. As is when a contractor shows up, other neighbors wanted to get bids, including myself. Each time I called, Julio, the owner, said he would come by to bid my job and then not show up. There were the usual excuses. Today I stayed at my home office all day. Sure enough, a no show and an excuse. I guess Affordable Roofing and Julio do not need my business. What if I needed Affordable Roofing for a repair....how long would I need to wait? I plan to go elsewhere for my roofing needs.

They have done roofing on my house in Magalia and I have a leak that has occured two months after they have worked on my home. I tried calling them to come out and look at it and they have not returned any of my calls. Very frustrating.

I hired Affordable JC Roofing in July 2021 after getting four different bids, and I’m so glad I chose them. They did an excellent job on my roof — very professional, efficient, and impressively clean. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. What really stands out is their customer service years later. Just recently, at the end of December, I noticed a small leak in my bathroom. With Northern California expecting heavy rain, I texted the owner, Julio Castillo, and was honestly shocked when he sent someone out within an hour. Charlie came out, went up on the roof, found the issue, and fixed the leak right away. That kind of responsiveness and standing behind their work years later is rare. Affordable JC Roofing truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Debbie

Our new roof looks great. The original quote was good and when the workers found some hidden dry rot, Julio gave us a very reasonable price for that additional repair. The work was completed in just a few days with our gutters cleaned and all the debris around the house cleaned up and hauled off.

JC roofing was great to work with. We needed our roof inspected after a leak and the first company that we called spent less than 5min on our roofs and then quoted us almost $30,000 for a brand new roof. Not happy with that I called JC …

JC Affordable roofing was great to work with. Julio was kind and professional. He walked me through every step and had no hesitation to answer my questions. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job of cleaning up the job site, not a scrap of any material was left. I would recommend this company to anyone.
