  As a first time customer I felt taken advantage of. I gave them the dimensions of my roof for a small gazebo and they quoted me on it.. I ended up with hundreds of dollars of extra material which is non refundable. My client questioned me for having charged them for extra material that ended up coming out of my pocket. Horrible business ethics. Horrible at quoting. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy You can find the same product at a legit company.

  Double check your order. Open bundled flashing, drip edge etc to confirm it’s correct. If they sell you the wrong product to return you may be charged a re stocking fee even though they sold you the wrong product. Good luck

  Our roof has been consistently peeling without resolve. The attraction of a steel roof is the warranty and it’s most unfortunate that the company will not assist with a solution. The peeling has gotten so bad that it is ending up in my neighbours properties. Extremely disappointed.

  Hi Allana, we believe that the form for a paint claim was sent to you in Dec. 2021. We think you may have sent it in to an employee that is no longer with us. If you could please submit this form again to accounting@steeltile.com, we can address it. Please note that the paint warranty is passed through from our metal suppliers, so we must follow their procedures for a claim. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.

  Hi Katie. I'm very surprised by your review, as this transaction took place months ago. At that time, you and I (one of the owners) went through everything, with our apologies due to the lack of steel supply worldwide, as well as staffing shortages due to the pandemic, along with the problems that were incurred with our truck at the time. I thought that you were satisfied with your discussion, apologies, and generous gift that accompanied the apologies. Apparently you thought that it was worth re-visiting. Steel Tile Co. has been in business for for 37 years, and is a local, family-run business that does attempt to hold itself to the highest standards, values and business ethics. Over the past two years, our standards, patience, along with everything else in the world has been put to the ultimate test with lack of steel, supplies and staffing. It's disheartening when you give honest answers, apologies and gifts to attempt to make up for a few mistake (sadly all made on the same order), and that you are still attacked with a terrible review. Hopefully your long-lasting, high quality roof over your head will serve you well. Thank you.

  Owner is rude and His prices are very high. I'll never buy another roof from them.

  Good afternoon Mr. Knelsen. Our owner is not normally in our showroom, and he does not recall meeting you. Perhaps you had a bad experience with a sales person? Please call and let us know about this experience you had so that we can address it. Please speak to our Sales Manager, Brad. Our pricing starts at 81 cents per square foot, which is in keeping with current steel prices in the marketplace. We've rarely had complaints about our pricing in our 33 year history.

  Steel tile was really easy to deal with and are very trustworthy - I had accidently placed an order and they credited back my card with no issues. Definitely recommend this company

  These guys are completely on the ball. They know the product they are selling and were helpful in determining type and amount of material required for my project. They are accurate on timing for availability and helpful when loading my vehicle. Product has always been properly handled and in good condition. Clearly this company had been doing this for a long time and it show.

  After providing the dimensions of my roof, Steel Tile fabricated the necessary material to properly cover the roof, with all the necessary accessories. Material is top quality and assembly was very easy. Finished job looks fantastic. Good company to deal with.
